Tenmile Traverse Thrillseekers Route!! Technical, Exposed & Spectacular Adventure in 4K! Frisco, CO

The shortened, "Thrillseekers' route," of the Tenmile Traverse, up Miner's Creek Jeep Trail on bike then continuing up the east ridge of Tenmile Peak to its summit. From there south on the main ridge Traverse to Peak 4 and east back down to Miner's Creek Trail and the Jeep road.

Thank you, Super Classic! Definitely a favorite of mine. If you are looking for something similar check out Lawanee to Grizzly peak. You do not necessarily need to do it like I did, could go from A basin but I really enjoyed Chihuahua Lake/basin, Lawanee's ridge climb, beautiful. . . A bit shorter and similar difficulty, epic position.

Thanks man! I’ve had a great time upping the bar for my videos this summer. Please check out some of the other new ones. I’ve had some epic adventures lately. Just finished a 14er, Sneffels, and Teakettle, a tougher and wilder 13er. Coming very soon. The drone shots are sweet! Crystal Lake/Father Dyer was an easy climb and so came out quite artistic. . . Cool wildlife!

Sick man! What was the mileage/gain for this route?

To be honest I’m not sure how long but, I made it a lot easier by riding my bike way up there to the end of the jeep Road. It was probably 4500 vertical feet gain including the bicycle section. It was easier than I expected. Turning back down to the east just past peak four reduced mileage as well. I’m totally in it for the thrilling climbing adventure! Not so much the long hike! 😉
Highly recommended for sure if you like rock climbing/scrambling.
