Restaurant I ate, add more ingredients in smaller quantity, white taufu (thinly slices), crab stick (thinly slices), black fungus (thinly), fish maw (thinly), shitake mushrooms (thinly), small dry scallop (thinly). Egg (egg, add little water) flakes will be finer. Don't stir too fast. Stir slowly while put watery egg. Boiling soup look more watery, but after cool will be more thicker. Since you want to add egg, don't put starch too thick. Soup too whitish color. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce to give more color.
