My wife bought this mount at Best Buy, she has a 13 pro and I have a 13 pro max, both with original Apple clear MagSafe cases. Both phones would come off the mount with the slightest road bumps or potholes. Don’t know if it was a faulty mount or what but it was returned and we went with a MagSafe pop socket mount and wallet. Pop socket turned out to be a much better alternative
I only use air vent mounts now ... to help keep the phone cool on hot days, especially while using navigation in the hot weather or sun for many hours ...
Yupp..the car/truck vents are to weak to hold the phone steady, they do flip up or dwn or just outrite fall off the vents..idont believe its worth the cost.
Why complain on wireless charging when this is meant for holding your phone without charging. I like to charge my phone properly without wearing its battery

Prob was coming off cuz you had your iphone case on your iphone cuz you either need a magsafe case or your phone without a case
I have the same mount with my 13 Pro Max (with a MagSafe case) and it never moves or comes off even with my crazy driving
