Beautiful bike! Will all of these features will be true & present in the bike or some of them will be called *a "misprint" in the user manual afterward????* As it happened with my bike
How do set up the forks ? I went into Triumph in Vauxhall London he didn’t have a clue he said “ you have to go to a suspension specialist “ .. is that right ? 🤯
I have the 09 speed triple it is a fun bike with howl and torquey motor I wish rearsets were higher I'd be scraping them, but I could get aftermarkets. I sat on the newer models and they feel lighter vs mine its nice how much they improved through the years.
@@briumphbimbles it’s horrendous 🤣 I hit 7000 rpm on mine and nearly fell off!! 😂 need to get used to it, I’ve only ever had the BMW F900 R which is only 110 bhp , my Speed triple is 180!! I love it though it’s an absolute beast but I need to get a windscreen on it 👍
@@pcarts232 I mean its not fun at 150mph but no bike is fun at 150mph. At normal road speeds its absolutely lovely unless it's windy and then again, no bike is especially great when its windy.
I have a white RR. Battery already bad and waiting a whole month or more to get a replacement. Can’t find a battery anywhere and triumph is back ordered.
this video isn't working. I want to buy one soon, with the new year and colour, do you know if there is some correction about the issues of the bike ? Gearbox, electrical pb ? I don't know if i take a new one or not !
All the same from the 2021. Did you guys fix all the electrical issues for this year? Also, needs the ability to switch standard shift to gp shift like the Bmw s1000r.
@@briumphbimbles I don't own one so I cant say from my experience. But on the owners page on facebook and also from owners on youtube. There have been a few with electrical gremlins. Like the bike suddenly shutting off and wont want to turn on again. Some have quick shifters failing all of a sudden. Some have the dash randomly turns off. Some have the key fob failing. Not electrical but a few have also lost their rear seat cowl during rides. I really want one of these bikes so I hope they fix those issues soon.
@@JENX1976 Quick shifters are mechanical so no idea why that would be an electronic issue. That's strange to hear. The build quality of triumph bikes is extremely good. My street RS was immaculate and had one mechanical problem which they fixed free of charge and then it was great ... until I crashed it. Then it was less great. Yeah I hope so too. I am tempted with one too.
Whoever reads this and is thinking of getting one, learn from my experience and take your money elsewhere. Since day one mine has been in the shop not being able to be repaired because of issue after issue. Dealerships have no idea how to repair these even after replacing damn near everything on it... whole riding season wasted, and after sales is like talking to a wall with no communication, being hung up on, and nothing being done in a timely matter, once they have your money they could care less.
I love the look and performance of the bike but when are Triumph going to fix the "Low oil pressure" warning light issue? It's been over 1 year and the bike still comes up with the warning light every time the bike gets hot. Very annoying with multiple visits to the workshop with no fix. Not something I would expect from a "premium" brand. Fix it and it will be a great bike!
Nice bike but I don't care for the look of the headlights. Maybe something cooler looking like 2 or 3 separate horizontal LED light bars. Even my old Speed Triple 955i I changed it to a 7" single headlight from the two 5.75" bug eyes, and I think it looks better.
Hear me Triumph, here is a sincere complaint. How come no one at the factory noticed how much lag the new screen has? I really don't understand how you send a premium bike like this to the production with that screen. Hope it is a software issue and hope you'll fix it in the future. The other issue is the speed&throttle limitor, why would you limit such a potent bike to 260kph? As a 1200RR owner it really sucks to hit the limitor on 5th gear and watch other bikes slowly overtake me on the straight. Us, as owners should be given the option to get the limitors "officially" removed at the dealers or at least it should be disabled on Track mode. I have two Triumphs and I love both of them but those issues with my 1200RR really makes me sad.
First of all, you should remove the stupid speed limiter so that the moped doesn't limit itself to 245 km/h on the GPS and 260 km/h on the speedometer, but instead give the customer and owner a free hand! And remove these VMAX overrides from all your models. It doesn't matter if it makes sense on a naked bike or not. Leave it up to the customer if he wants to ride 280 and more... And your Triumph app should also be revised extremely strongly and allow Carplay or the like. Please stop using such unimaginative colours and saying; oh now we have a new model for model year 23 or a Gold Line series... that's boring!!!! Bring 4-6 different colours for each model to choose from! The customer and prospective customer wants variety and choice in order to have his motorbike individually designed by the manufacturer ex works and not such a uniform mass! This way, many potential customers will drive you off the lot if you don't offer innovative functions and build them into your premium product. And that from the near field!
Okay okay! Shut up and take me maaaaaaneeeeeey! Oh, wait!.... I dont have any ;( Thank you, team Triumph for for persevearance and engineering boldness!
Still no smooth 120 degree, chain drive, luggage capable sports tourer from Triumph ? I'm looking at a GSX-S1000GT or S1000XR to replace my triples, the latest T plane Tiger engines are far too vibey & annoying for the road 😠
I don't like what they have done with this RS. I have the 2019 RS and I won't trade it in, it looks a lot better. They have made this version look a lot cheaper, no carbon, the triumph badge on the tank, colours are crap, looks cheap and the gear change is hard to use. The RR has the carbon etc but looks terribly bland. Also its f'ing expensive. Also, this is a general gripe, you have to buy extras to make the real wheel look finished. I am sticking with my 19 RS, which I love.
Issue 3: What a horrible idea it is to mount the pillion seat and the mono cap with a screw. OK got it, cost issues. It was so costly to put a release button and a proper locking mechanism. But hey! Why the heck you didn't put a thread lock on the screw or at least used a 1cm longer one? I lost my bloody pillion seat even though I’ve tightened the screw so hard and it still got loose because of the vibrations. Ah yeah, I cannot claim it under warranty too and have to buy it again just because of your cheap design. Don’t worry I’ve purchased a longer screw so that it will touch the cap and won’t fall off even if it gets loose again so my mono cap is safe!!!
I’m sorry but am I the only one bored to tears with the robotic over-marketed script. I’m here because I love the bike. Please Triumph, you get it right on so many points, but can we turn down the BS? Cheers 🍻

"... the all new 2021 Speed Triple 1200 RS."
exactly... wtf is going onnnnnnnnn
it seems the wrong movie got bumped. IT doesn't even show the orange version for 2023.

Great looking bike. I've always loved Triumphs. Please bring back some of the older colors. Lime green, orange, yellow, etc .
Nice but when does the new Daytona arrive?
I don’t want to be sassy but i totally would throw my money at you :)

Why is their example of the "new TFT display" only showing a 9500 rpm redline? The Speed Triple's redline is a full 2000 rpms higher, at 11,500 rpms.
