    I’m so proud of you when I see your results I see myself I remember was 264lbs 6 months ago now I’m 171lbs after so much hard work, you need to remember one thing, failure is not the final, it is the first step to success.There is nothing wrong when you failed and try again. In other way round, a lot of patience, determination, dedication and self discipline with endurance is the key to hold on not to fail🔑

    This was such a great video!! I lost in 1 year 42lbs. I’m 44 and my body is fitting against me to lose 8 more!! I didn’t work out for for the 1st 8 months and only dieting I lost 30lbs. I regret not working out earlier but now I do!! I wanna do weight lifting as what you say is sooo true!! Women look amazing after weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️

    Okay I loved this video. Your advice to “stop when you feel your best” is exactly what I needed to hear. I’m currently two months into my weight loss journey and I will remember that the whole time!

    Love the message at the end; your body will always fluctuate and also we are our own worst critics so its easy to be hard on ourselves

    Ahh in our country, the Netherlands, it’s recommended to count 0.8 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight to maintain and 1.2 grams to gain muscle. So for me that’s 52,2 grams at 67 kg.

    • @xolanierenee
      @xolanierenee 3 роки тому +1

      You’re correct. It’s 1g/kg, not 1g/lb of body weight.
      I will never understand why Americans combine metric and English units. It’s not correct. Ever.

      Thank you for clarifying. I was very confused about trying to eat 130 grams of protein a day.

    Loving your body is so important! I was so skinny throughout my life and in college and then I met my boyfriend and gained almost 100 pounds! I have really noticed myself being really uncomfortable and out of breath really easily. I was always super active throughout my life and involved in sports. I am now 27 and ready to go back to being active just so I can feel better! Getting a desk job and a stressful job definitely didn't help either haha. Thanks for sharing your journey, I will definitely be using some of these tips for myself!

    Protein repairs muscle, not necessarily “builds”. Fat keeps you satiated. Just fyi. Carbs give you energy. Balance is key. Choosing nutritious foods is important

      Totally! Just sharing what worked for me to hold on to my muscle! Fat does keep you very satisfied, but protein can as well!

      Remember stress and lack of sleep can prevent you from losing weight. Alternatively, your body may need a treat meal. All the best 💕

      Maybe you gained muscle (and muscle weight more than fat) so your body composition is changing you gain more muscle and loose fat but you can't see it on the scale. It tricked me years ago keep going it takes time peace and love from Paris France 🌼👌🏾

      Love all the comments in this thread! They can all be so true! Definitely check where your calories are at and see if they are too low. it's possible you may have to eat more for your body to get back into weight loss. Also, if you are working out, you could be putting on muscle! Are your clothes fitting better? Do you look slimmer in the mirror? All things to think about :)
