    Hi! Recently found your videos. I’m a food influencer on instagram, but have also done it for free, except when Brands reach out. Recently I’ve started to freelance a little with one small company I know. But I know nothing about running someone else’s social media So how do you setup the payment terms and structure? I wouldn’t even know what to charge this small company, a local Mexican snack company. I’m confused as to how people take on so many clients. Just trying to do my own and theirs is very time consuming. Not sure if you do consulting but would love to pick your brain on this

    It's honestly so refreshing to see someone with a more normal life and normal apartment (not in a bad way, your apartment looks great and OC is expensive!) doing this job. I feel like a lot of the videos I come across where people are social media managers, they have a luxury apartment and they make it look like a dream life. Your videos feel much more relatable and you are much more transparent about your job duties. Loved this video and your authenticity! I'm currently working towards a Bachelors in Business, but I am thinking about focusing in marketing because it is extremely interesting to me. Thanks for such a great video and I can't wait to watch more!

    Totally unexpected, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.

    Hi! Nice video. I've been looking at some SMM jobs recently and wanted to see what stuff there was on UA-cam to help me prepare. Your info is good but some production improvements I might I suggest are adding some low and calm music in the background for when you're talking and for your B roll. Also some filters on your mic like a noise gate to get rid of that background noise. Just some suggestions. :)

    Love the advice! But to anyone struggling with acne please don’t start microneedling your acne and go to a professional. Microneedling should never be done on active acne. I’m an esthetician and I’ve seen so many people ruin their skin with these at home derma rollers😩

    • @RachelRothmanWhite
      @RachelRothmanWhite Рік тому

      I definitely could have been more clear on this! I went to a professional for my microneedling, and I was only treated on older acne scarring. I don’t promote at home microneedling whatsoever.

      There is. You can’t fix your hormones to the end only with food, supplements or medication. Stress level can be fixed with the psychotherapy. That’s the last puzzle usually a lot of people miss. Meditations and stress-management are working. But if you find the very reason of stress, you will be able say goodbye to you symptoms.

    I have PCOS ever since I got my first period(almost 20 years till now). I got PCOS even though I was doing regular exercise(which was helping me feel happy and good) and my food was extremely clean. Till this day I have tried all treatments...allopathy, homeopathy and even ayurvedic for long periods of time. I also tried gluten and dairy free for nearly 1-2 years. All have made me feel so messed up. I am continuing dairy just with some gut instinct. I still have all the symptoms like acne, harloss, terminal chin hair and offcourse irregular periods. Just praying each day something works out. Only a miracle can save my life.

      No offense but maybe you just need to go to the doctor and try birth control. No, it doesn’t cure pcos but it can help you manage your symptoms until you find/treat the root cause! I had to do this, in the pandemic i stopped taking my bc pills and bum, i gained 20 kg (I’m petite, so that’s a lot for me), lost my period, had acne, etc etc. The only way to stop that was taking bc pills again until i can loose every single kg I’ve put on (and since I have central obesity it’s pretty hard). Hope you can manage this!

      Also you should get tested to know if you aren’t dealing with another thing, like hypothyroidism or something like that. It’s pretty common and symptoms are usually hairloss, weight gain, gut issues, etc
