40 extra hours is a good problem to have, great news people are signing up 👍🏼
Thank you Vince
As my old boss used to say when troops used to procrastinate, "You can lead horse to water, but you can't make it windsurf."
Hahaha. I did a brief spell as a Drill Instructor, and the Royal Marine Sgt Maj would say to the adage ‘but you can’t make it drink’, ‘you give me the horse in the desert for 4 weeks, and a big stick, and I’ll make the fxcker drink’. 😂
Just Signed up for the 10% club, looking forward for more great content
Great stuff Stephen. Looking forward to chatting with you mate
“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work." Thomas Edison.
He was a smart cookie that Edison fella
Love the analogy of the gym dude. Resonates so well with me as my two main goals are to be healthy and wealthy. Only I've got everything I need to work out at home (no gym membership fees for me) what I keep coming back to is discipline. Discipline to not spend money, to work overtime, to exercise and to eat healthy.
Same as me. I run at weekends and do dumbbells and press ups in the house
I've never been more jacked in my life atm and all I do is pushups, pullups and squats.
1 bodypart per day. Only do 5 sets aswell per exercise.
Great youtubers like k boges talk about exercising like such.
Or a fave of mine Jessie Pawlak, former ex prisomer but he really knows his stuff.
Keep it simple do it often.
Jumprope is a really effective form of carido and fat loss if that is your goal.
I’ve started doing ‘tut’ training and seeing great results. Tut is an acronym for time under tension and consists of doing your normal reps but very slowly. This keeps the muscles stressed throughout the whole rep instead of at the initial burst of the rep. You’ll need to do a little less reps as they’re so efficient
@@StupidIsTheNorm Yeah, I do that too mate. Just makes sense. Jessie does it too but he does partial prison style reps.
I do slow and controlled full rom (range of motion) as much as possible.
I highly reccomend deficit pushups, they are my favourite. K boges has a video on them (the king of upper body exercises) i think it's called.
You get more of a stretch particularly in the upper chest. So I today I did a set of 15 reps of those, followed with maybe 30 secs rest of just 10 regular pushups. Then that repeated 5 times. Tomorrow is pullups, next day is squats, then rest day, then following day Ill do upper body again but this time aim for 16, 12 reps.
I always log my reps in my diary.
You should have a look at Gary's eEconomics. His dad was a postman earning £20k a year. During his first year as a trader he made 400k and millions in the following years He retired at 27. . His experience shows that its not just about effort His thought is that there is growing inequality and that is from someone who became a millionaire.
I stopped watching him mate. Nothing sadder than a left winger feeling guilty about his wealth 😂 he should consider giving his money away if it troubles him so much.
Inequality is good. It rewards those who try and succeed. It encourages those who fail to try again. What is wrong is unfairness. His dad delivered mail. He made millions for pension funds, securing the future income of people like his father. They were paid unequally, but it wasn’t unfair.
@@StupidIsTheNormcouldn't agree more! He's intelligent enough to realise there's a lot of money to be made in peddling hopelessness to the working classes!
Hahaha I’ll remember that phrase Clarence ‘peddling hopelessness’
@@StupidIsTheNorm I thought it was fitting! 🤣🤣Keep up the good work my friend!
@clarenceishmael9615 it’s helps to know someone is listening mate
Hey man, I signed up for the the waiting list the day you launched this project. I got a "Check back around the 5th of march" or something like that. How can I tell if I am on the waiting list/qualified?
Hey mate, you should have received an invite by now. Check your junk mail.
Drop me your email address at abnormal@stupidisthenorm.co.uk and I’ll search for it.
So sorry. Give me a chance to look into it please
@@StupidIsTheNorm cheers dropped you a mail
@EyeIn_The_Sky got it mate. Checking for your invite
Hi Perry, how’s the SA going?
Hi Jack, I’ve received income the last couple of months but not enough to cover the bills.
If there’s no improvement in bookings by May I’ll probably convert it back to a btl
Thanks for the reply, that’s interesting to know. Looking forward to the next update
🤦🏻♂️
I really need to move out of my parents home mate.
I'm desparate. I'm considering taking 6k of my savings and upfront renting somewhere for 6 months to a year.
What do you think of this idea?
Feedback appreciated. Thanks.
Hi Kris, I don’t know the relationship with your parents so couldn’t comment.
If you do need to leave, consider getting a place with a friend to share the costs. Or, if you have a friend with a spare bedroom, then ask if you could rent the room
@@StupidIsTheNorm It's a multitude of things mate. Where I live is in the middle of nowhere is difficult to get a job nearby.
I've been holding off driving to save money. I used to just cycle to work. 4 miles each way.
Unless someone is self employed, or has a driving job. I think travelling more than 20, 25mins to work is really stupid.
But regarding home life, my Mum has a chronic loud smokers cough all day and all night. Ive tried and tried to suggest she quit. But she doesnt seem interested in doing so.
It effects my sleep, and even in general effects my stress. I have a hearing condition too like I previously mentioned and it aggrevites it.
Yeah Ive been asking people about renting a room. But I duno, I do like the idea of having my own space.
I might go to Newquay, really like it there. About £500 a month rent.
@KrisVic91 just make sure you have a £2000 job to pay for it mate
@@StupidIsTheNorm I have 20k cash saved up mate.
@@StupidIsTheNorm why 2k? If it's £500 a month?
