I remember meeting Randall at a opening store in my city and the first thing he asked me was if I was an entrepreneur. The fact that the guy asked me if I was an entrepreneur instead asking if I was in school etc made me believe in myself more than ever. I asked him about tips on starting a online business and he said just go for it and focus on your best first impression. The first impression will let people know your not messing around and going all in. He was humble in his words and told me to work my ass off. I now started my business which was scary but I'am figuring it out as I go and I feel the momentum. Thanks Randall.

I started my clothing brand around the same time Randal started his in 2013. I watched his brand grow and watched my brand plateau. Difference with his brand to mine was the dedication and the 110% he would put in it as oppose to my brand I would put 110% one day and 0% the next. You just have to keep moving forward and have dedication. I've decided to put a pause on my brand and create a new business for myself which has been the hardest decision for me to make but also the smartest knowing that it's time to move forward and learn from your mistakes and get rolling once again. Thank you Peter, I've been listening to your podcasts every morning and I just got your book, you have definitely helped me make my next move!!

Thank you for the great amount of work that you were putting into the video. Randall said so many things that are actually true. When I was 14yo I started selling designs to youtubers, no one teached me how to use all these programs like Photoshop or Cinema 4D. I learned everything by my own. 2 Years later I started my first business. I Sold my drumset to buy myself an old cutting plotter. I sold individual designed stickers and started to print on clothes for race teams and so on. Now I´m 18 and my clothing label starts next month. I´ve learned everything by doing and that´s the right way, I guess! Just start, no matter how prepared you are, it first starts rolling, if you´re making moves. From picking the right partner for your business to where do I get unlabled shirts and so on... All the questions you have will be answered on your way to success. Experiences are not buyable. I´m not scared of the future, I´m hungry and excited where it is going to bring me. To everyone reading this: thank you and have a wonderful day!

Love this interview man. Game changing, I took some serious notes. Thanks for being so Authentic and real with us. Appreciate all you do Peter. 👊👊💯💯 AND my biggest takeaway : I love how Randall was explaining how he got to where he is, step by step, not having any structure. Every work opportunity he had led him to where he is now. The way he explained that was awesome. What I got out of that part was, if you just start and have the faith that whatever you do is going to work out, you don't need to know the road map or the blue print of where your headed. That will work it's self out I'm the end. Period. 💯💯💯

I loved the part where Randall mentioned that (as a tatted Personal Trainer) he had to learn to communicate with his clients that were doctors, lawyers, etc. I'm in IT and I see so often where really smart engineers can't communicate with upper level executives. They attempt to bargain for technology for why it'll make their life easier and never consider communicating the business aspect of why a company should make an IT spend. On another note when I used to move furniture in college, I was taught a skill or methodology to "kill people with kindness." I think this policy really helps me today. Being as kind and helpful as possible far outweighs my IT skills.

Hi Peter, my takeaway from this video is how traditional business has changed and anyone can start a business. Authenticity is key and for some that might be lots of structure and suit and tie and for others it may be the complete opposite. The most impactful part of the interview is when you were discussing the haters and the non believers and Randall said it didn't come from his friends or strangers so much as his parents. You could tell he felt deep about it. Thanks for the Wednesday motivation!

Just take action is the key. Success is nothing without action. Its very true that nothing is ever going to be perfect. You must learn from mistakes and feedback from consumers to evolve and get better. Never take advice from doubters because they will not believe in your vision because its not theirs to believe! Everyone with a good idea should #takeaction now!

One dope interview after! Every time I watch Randall's interviews, there's always something new to learn but the one thing that stays the same is the drive to hustle more and more. Become better than yesterday. Going past consistency to above and beyond. Getting rid of fear and do what you believe in. This is another great one in the books. Thanks! Keep it coming!

My entire life I been over motivated beyond the average, never been business minded though. However through every stumbling block, epic fail, and towards small achievements through it all. I have seen the same light they both spoke about. Now all I need to do is build up the confidence to be willing to fail at selling products. Will be starting with a T-Shirt business, but yeah online life is no joke and if you wish to succeed out here you cannot quit. Make sure to dig into the rules to copyright, and every terms of service on every platform to survive it all out here.
Dope interview Peter this advice is so needed by all entrepreneurs worldwide. Subbed and curated!

Biggest take away: that when he was trying to achieve his dream, the ppl closest (his parents) were telling him to go do the regular stuff because of their background, that and not to wait for when ppl tell you to go do something that youve been waiting to do. as well as him knowing he was going to be successful but just could'nt see it at least from the point he was to where he was at now. that 's exactly how i feel atm.& it's relevant . also there is one more that i can't remember . ..oh. that even now. he still doesnt know where his current venture is going to take him. so that shows being young as long as we do something, it ll put us in somewhat the right direction
