Can you try to mention in videos if the shoes are good for certain arch types like I have low arches and I have bought some shoes that are too aggressive for low arches and it feels like standing on a knife. I just gotta say I absolutely love your channel. I walk a lot and it’s nice seeing a channel geared more for walking/comfort shoes (running shoes) where the other channels focus on shoes for actual running. I’ve tried the Clifton and nimbus which were very comfy but going for 1080 next up
After suffering a tibial plateau fracture and torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus 7 months ago, I've been searching for the perfect shoe for standing all day at work and for use in my PT. So far, I have been impressed with the invincible 3's comfort level and mix of squish and stability, not to mention they're probably the most visually appealing in the max cushion category. However, IMO, the nimbus 25 is superior in comfort, especially the amount of noticable squish in the forefoot. The first few steps I took in the nimbus just felt different than anything I've felt under foot, and after a few days of wear, I have noticably less swelling and soreness around my knee at EOD. Looking forward to trying the cloud monster and 1080!
I bought the nimbus 25 and the material on them was generating so much static electricity that i returned it, so be carefull guys with these nimbus 25 if you're sensible to this !
@@adamanderson6871 I daily wear the invincible run V2 and didn't have any static electricity issue, since i had the nimbus 25, i had electricity shocks, i wore the same clothes as before but couldn't understand where it was coming from, i removed the nimbus, no more shocks, i swapped the shoes soles with those from invincible 2, it lowered by half the power of shocks. This never happened to me before with New Balance or Nike, it was my first Asics but my last.
I have a pair of Brooks Ghost and on long days they feel too squishy and my feet get tired. Is there one of these that you would recommend that would let my foot work less?
Saucony Triumph is amazing!!! The cushion is squishy but has a firmness when you walk that it almost feels like it helps you with each step - like walking on a moving floor in the airport. A must try.
I tried almost all of them except NB v13 for me Nimbus 25 is winner among all its so soft and comfortable plus the heal padding is really good that hugging kind of support feels perfect
Love my New Balance 1080 V13s. Super comfy and very soft. Can’t imagine why you would want softer. My only complaint is that after 7 weeks of about 10-15k steps per day the sole has worn through entirely so the foam is starting to rip apart. They definitely need a harder wearing outsole or slightly thicker outsole as 7 or so weeks to wear them out is crazy short. If you were running in them I’d hate to see how short they would last
are you wearing as a daily sneaker? I agree, this is like the right amount of extra soft feet imo, but interesting they ripped up I would contact NB and ask for replacement
Thanks for the advice. I’m wearing them 5 days a week for walking and slow jogging with the dogs. Just going into 8 weeks now and notice the right shoe is not as bouncy as the left. It also has the most wear on it. Still soft but a noticeable difference between the two shoes. Maybe a manufacturing defect?
@@heskicksyup the same happened to me with the invincible run 3. 2 months of 10k-15k power walking destroyed them. I'm a big guy tho. 300lb so most sneakers aren't made for me. I need soft sneakers that are durable
The On CloudSurfer's are my favorite pair this year. I'd been an Invincible ZoomX loyalist through versions 1 & 2 (even though the foam deteriorates after a few months - they're still the most comfortable), but not a fan of version 3. The foam is more durable but not as cushiony, and I don't like the uppers at all. Just purchased a pair of New Balance 1080 v13; very comfortable, but too narrow for my feet. I'm also liking the Asics Gel Nimbus and the Hoka Clifton 9 and Bondi 8's...but the CloudSurfers are my current favorite pair.

@@goat8252 sorry to but in here but yes, had both, sold the zoomx invincible and loooove the NB 1080v3. Incredible shoe. Did not rate the Invincibles, soft midsole but crappy uppers....

I prefer version one of the supercomp trainer for overall comfort (not running). For me version 2 is a better running shoe. It feels more like the nimbus 25 than the version one. I love nimbus 25 and v2 supercomps, but v1 supercomps are probably my all time favorite comfy shoe. I will probably have to pick up another pair!
I've got the supercomp ones also and love them could I ask why you think the ones are better than the 2's I just use them all for training my fighters in the ring and I love the softest things possible...im 50 and my knees and feet are pretty ruined after this sport and being in it 40 years haha Thanks

Out of these two picks, which would you recc as a daily shoe for walking my dog?
I have the ultraboost light 23. I wore them for about 8 months and daily them 10000+steps daily walking+ running. Overall great shoe but i think the inner sole needs an upgrade for a retail of 190$. Im still on the stock insole and its just bad.

ASICS gel nimbus 25, easily the most comfortable shoe for somewhat flat or really flat person. If you got an arch I recommend brooks or Nike invincible 3👍
Amen on the prike x strung 2...that cushioning is absolutely the best on the market imo. Super light and crazy responsive. If they put that in to a daily use shoe without carbon rods it would be a game changer.
The invincible run 3 is a bust compared to version 2, it's not nearly as soft and cloud like, and tons of heel slip too, super comp trainers also my number 1 too
I wish you would talk a bit about if you stand still for some times how comfortable each model is compare to others becuase it demand different thing than walking or running.
Surely theres an element with some of these that are really soft shoes is that they lack ankle support, especially on uneven ground and are they healthy in the long term.
We agree I’m wearing the new balance 1080v’s at the moment. And actually the last 3 pairs of shoes all NB. Nike is suing them btw so they must be getting nervous.
try the puma deviate nitro elite, theyre on sale. Very nice on feet. Then theres the saucony triumph 21, and the triumph endorphine pro 3. Cant go wrong with that. Endorphine's use of almost the same material on the midsole as adidas ultraboost is so much better. Its what adidas should have used before. Lighter, softer and bouncier. Also theres the mizuno rebellion pro 2, really really nice
Hey, i’m looking for a comfortable shoe to buy for casual wear and I’m wondering what you guys think about wearing running shoes for daily usage such as work or walking to errands? My country doesn’t have much shops that provide high end quality shoes but we have for example Peak Taichi 3.0 running shoe.
Absolutely fine. I'd go for Saucony Triumph as they have the best balance of softness/ firmness, very hard to explain but you will get it once you're in them
IMO nothing even comes close to either: Hoka Clifton 9 Or New Balance Fresh Foam X I’ve tried them all, and I wouldn’t waste my money on anything else. They are the most attractive of them all, too.
@@Nhxn_ We all have our own opinions and preferences; which is what makes the world go round. Now a little on the EVA foam: “EVA foam is highly tear-resistant, which makes it ideal for use in products that may be subjected to frequent wear and tear. Rigid and strong: EVA foam is a more rigid and dense foam than polyurethane foam, making it better suited for applications that require greater structural support.”
The ON cloud surfer may be softer than the monster but it’s differently not the softest shoes, the shoes cushion not comfy for 12 hour walking and standing
Invincible or Saucony Triumph. Or the latest Asics Kayano. Had a tibial plateau fracture some years ago and I spend a lot of time on my feet at the job
Brooks Glycerin 20's....Loft V3 midsole, which is more responsive compared to Ghost Max....and this shoe doesn't look as stacked as the Ghost Max. I have tried both, and both are very comfortable, but the Glycerin 20 is closer to the Nimbus 24 while the Ghost Max are a little less cushioning. IMO. Brooks coming with Glycerin 21 in Feb, then followed later by the next gen of Ghost and Ghost Max....and I think those shoes goes to Loft V3 Midsole construction for better responsiveness!
Would you recommend literally any of these for just going on walks on pavement? I do not care about the looks or wearing them casually. I just want some comfy ass shoes to walk in. I’ve worn down my Pegasus 37’s so much that I need an upgrade haha

i think 1080v13s are better @@aa77655
Surely theres an element with some of these that are really soft shoes is that they lack ankle support, especially on uneven ground and are they healthy in the long term.
We agree I’m wearing the new balance 1080v’s at the moment. And actually the last 3 pairs of shoes all NB. Nike is suing them btw so they must be getting nervous.
I think it's a good idea if you update this list every quarter or every half year
Try altra via Olympus 2, runs wide, max cushion and natural toe box, I love it
I bought adidas ultra boost light solar red and I am loving it
Great video dude
How would you rate the Hoka Bondi 8 among these shoes? Thanks!
Can you make a top comfortable/running/all day shoes for wide pants?
which ones of these is more on the harder/neutral side?
try the puma deviate nitro elite, theyre on sale.
Alphaboost V1 should definitely be up here tho - most comfy cop of 2023 for me AND some colorways are mad cheap!
❤ Puma Magnify Nitro 2 & Puma ForeverRun ♥
Hey, i’m looking for a comfortable shoe to buy for casual wear and I’m wondering what you guys think about wearing running shoes for daily usage such as work or walking to errands? My country doesn’t have much shops that provide high end quality shoes but we have for example Peak Taichi 3.0 running shoe.
Absolutely fine. I'd go for Saucony Triumph as they have the best balance of softness/ firmness, very hard to explain but you will get it once you're in them
@@blackcatsarenopussies thank you.
With Puma, i like the Deviate Nitro (black)and the Deviate Nitro Elite (75th anniversary colour edition( half white half black)) .
I'm from Brasil and love your channel. I'm dentist but when I'm out of my office I walk a lot. Never tryed the 1080 but its gonna be my next daily.
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the asics kinsei max
We have had nee Ultraboost models released year after year...any word on the next iteration of the ultraboost?
Nice review! Found my shoe here
ultraboost or the Pegasus for comfort?
So what happened to the More v4?
IMO nothing even comes close to either:
Hoka Clifton 9
Or
New Balance Fresh Foam X
I’ve tried them all, and I wouldn’t waste my money on anything else. They are the most attractive of them all, too.
@@Nhxn_ We all have our own opinions and preferences; which is what makes the world go round.
Now a little on the EVA foam:
“EVA foam is highly tear-resistant, which makes it ideal for use in products that may be subjected to frequent wear and tear. Rigid and strong: EVA foam is a more rigid and dense foam than polyurethane foam, making it better suited for applications that require greater structural support.”
Rlly wanna see a review of the ASICS gel nimbus 26
The ON cloud surfer may be softer than the monster but it’s differently not the softest shoes, the shoes cushion not comfy for 12 hour walking and standing
I don't know if it's me but in france, I can't find size EU 47-48 / US 13 in almost any of these. Like is there a supply shortage?
Hoka Bondi X are nice
Wait, what about NB Stone Island FC C_1? I remember you saying it is on another level even from the NB SC trainer v2 🤔
Can you recommend shoes for standing working shift please.
Invincible or Saucony Triumph. Or the latest Asics Kayano.
Had a tibial plateau fracture some years ago and I spend a lot of time on my feet at the job
Those New Balance 1080s are amazing
How about latest asics novablast 4??
Yeah! Honestly, my favorite one is probably the new balance 1080 V 13 for everything so good, the new rebel V4 is excellent. Also, if you want lighter and more breathable.
@@heskicks awesome thank you! Ya and honestly I would probably wear these out for quick errands too haha but 90% just walking on paved walking paths. Appreciate the comment. I will check those out
