Most people think one should let go of fear, guilt and shame to live life with joy and happiness and thats true but not so many people think of letting go the acts that causes these emotions.. don't have sex with multiple partners for pleasure and always treat people the way you want to be treated, be integrated and let go of any addiction or dependence..eat healthy and take care of your body, listen to your higher self and live this life with porpuse. This is just beautiful and probably my favorite of all. I went to have a relaxing bath downstairs after a meditation and left the music on upstairs. It took me a while but I noticed the sounds penetrating through the wood of the house making it "sing" to me.
Here recently whenever i meditate, whenever i get in the neighborhood of this chakra that area starts feeling tense, involuntarily mind you, and yes im breathing as deeply as i can breath. Guess ill be working on this chakra more than the others until this works itself out. thank you for the track
