It may be due to prolong standing...it's usually called varicose veins....wear all day compression stockings available online ,,,do some cardio workout, try to restrict calories intake and lose weight..... consulting with surgeon....

Sir I am 72 year old having cervical since 2016 and getting severe dizziness For this problem I was admitted in hospital in 2019 I was diagnosed vestibular nuritis and vertigo Dr has prescribed me Nootropil and spin free BUT very less relief Then I took second opinion and Dr diagnosed Parkinson as my body has stiffness prescribed Synodopa plus and advised not to take nootropil and spin free which I was taking since 2019 Now problem is daily I got dizziness and unable to do my daily routine work

On what test basis diagnosis has been made.... and most common cause is vestibular neuritis and it is very difficult to treat... very few medicine are available which has already been prescribed....can consult a ent surgeon if very problematic
