Floyd lookin like he ready for a comeback 😂
Definitely looked sharp in the fight no ring rust
His trainer did the punching
Shidd he never left
@@janussobyski6369 you don’t know boxing then. That technique is about timing, defense and reflexes do your research before talking unnecessarily.😊
@@janussobyski6369 YOU couldn't do it. My Tiger Kungfu...is better than yours...I don't think you're good enough...to avenge your master...
Bro, no one understands the pressure of holding those pads and keeping everything sharp so Floyd can get in this good work. Much respect to that dude. He knows what he’s doing on an elite level. Trust
He be getting paid that bag tho
Nah fax I thought the same thing he good wit it too
This man could be fighting an amateur boxer in Nicaragua and would still train and condition himself to the best of his ability. He really takes no days even being retired. Gotta respect that.
Definitely one of the greatest athletes out there
At this point in his life he’d probably go crazy without some type of training.
IAM threaled with flod's way to boxe , i wanna be like him
@@ulrichbakala6981 💪🏿
Tactical breaks in his career and minimal punishment allowed for him to do that. He only ever overworked himself in training, which that in itself can cause you to break down. But for his fights, he overtrained to where he was able to perfectly align himself with the skills of his opponents and always have loads of extra reserve left over for when he needed to turn up for a bit to get the win. The only other fighter I could compare that to is Roy Jones, however Floyd at 45 and Jones at 45 are two different 45s. Jones fought multiple times a year, while doing freakish training regimes, playing basketball games before the fight, fluctuating weight multiple times, and as a result his legs were the first to go. It’s all about pacing yourself. It’s the reason Marciano retired so early.
Mayweather has the true formula to keep training at any age. Consistency is one of the ingredients.
Holding pads for floyd after the passing of his/ our uncle is such a personal thing. The loyalty. To coach a man with the amount of fight knowledge is an amazing honor. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
You're his coach? 💪
who is he
Shut up man
Prolly his uncle/cousin if you know what I mean lol
i always felt like the pads were a gimmick thou. like in training iv never seen someone pad like that. Some of those shots just don't make and sense like when are you gonna triple tap a left hook. at @8.09.
Unless this is for cardio and reactions i don't see the point in knowing a 200 piece combo. Maybe just instinct boxing when you start to panic?
the shots are also very very light, which means most of those realistically would never land. I dunno i feel like there are better ways to train in this instance. that stuff is just for the cameras same with the speed bag.
People have no clue how impressive it really is to be in this kind of shape at 46.
But you have a clue.
That’s because they rather be on their fat asses gaming , vaping and complaining about their minimum wage jobs
@@jamfamily4287 LOL
@@DrunkenMunky That was coke
Try working Mason for 10 hours straight in the hot sun.
The fact he found someone that holds pads for him other than his dad and uncle(Rip) is insane. props to him
what does pad work?
Freak of nature athlete with perfect fundamentals
He knows how to work his body and still preserve longevity,,, there's a Zen saying: "Less is More" ... Extreme effort and strain, doesnt always accelerate ur learing curve in building skills...Many people with the No pain No gain mentality are pushing so hard that the body degenerates and suffers damage,in training and especially in hard sparring....skills dont improve because good form is often sacrificed in pushing too hard for power and speed...floyd Always focuses on having good form and his power and speed come as By products without being sought directly..
How they both remembered all the padding combos … amazing
It’s similar to dancing at a high level. The timing has been honed and they have a strong connection to know how to react with each other’s movements.
Repetition is the father of learning.
@@manteiv yes!!!
His movement is so efficient and sharp. Never misses a beat. Truly a master of the sweet science!
Yeah that boy movement is stupid crazy 😭🐍 I keep rewinding every 5 minutes 😂
He is so fluid it’s incredible
That’s some wicked chemistry that Floyd and his pad holder have .
Makes me miss Roger Mayweather though.
what is the purpose of this? what does floyd gain?
Floyd so smooth.. it looks like the pad holder is working harder than him 😂
LOL ..The pad holder IS working harder! Floyd is just conserving his energy and getting in to the rythym and flow..pure perception/reaction Without the need or interference of thought.
Its the pace of the workout, alot of boxing is intense cardio, hes not gonna go 100% all the time, believe me your arms start to burn real quick
@@skip741x3 you’re not paying attention g 🤦🏾♂️
At 46 years old 🤯🤯
He’s clearly taking PEDs
Fr tho
That's nowhere too old to hit pads. People need to reevaluate what age they think is too old for punching lol
you can still go hard at that age, its just the next hours / day that gets ya
His pullback counters are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Moving like a strong allusive young man 💪🏽💯
Elusive
@@treydrew4021 I tried lol
Bro that’s a grandpa
@@kutthroatt8345 you make no sense! 😂
Rhythm and flow.
Watching a transcendent talent like Floyd train is like watching poetry in motion.. watching guys at that level is special.. it’s the epitome of “art” in martial arts.. if only more people had experience in boxing and combat sports they’d truly understand what they’re seeing and what I’m talking about..
AMAZING 46 HE STILL GOT IT!!!
He loves the sport,he is dedicated, top notch work ethics....I admire him a lot.
Beautiful fluid in his movements, this guy is a master
40 minute workout with no breaks…. He’ll still beat the breaks off of these younger boxers. 🐐
Meh bout 30-35 but yea he still smackin' most these dudes
@@kidmisterE. meh. I’m sure HE could smack YOU
Hard work and dedication 💪 Happy birthday Floyd #TBE #TMT
all work is easy work when you work hard
No he’s taking PEDs
Floyd is a genius at work, Money is an excellent source of inspiration. Keep up the excellent work.
dudes consistent training after retirement proves why he was undefeated. Whether preparing for a fight or not his work ethic is always on point.
It’s all he knows he’s gonna perfect boxing for as long as he can
Can't beat floyd and his uncle rodger on the pads was incredible to watch
Why's this look like the worlds longest cool handshake
I just realized Floyd Mayweather is on a Bruce Lee level of Self Defense Mastery
People don’t really understand the benefits of true HARD WORK AND DEDICATION
That includes you and yow mama.
Pretty much everyone does though.
It's the lack of discipline that kills normals.
Floyd had a helluva workout and looks like a strong healthy lion that continues to make smart investments
Hes a helluva fighter.. I tip my hat off to him.
I could watch this man train all day.
Deadass tho and he can train all day 😮💨
Roger Mayweather not getting trainer of year is the biggest robbery boxing could ever faced.
Yeah, cause he trained a robber.
Think what u want about mayweather but seeing him hit the mitts is just impressive. Usually the one holding mitts will call out the combos but he’s just on a level to where he can just to react to the trainers hand movement. Amazing skill from a true professional.
Not to take away of how impressive his mitt-work is, but its the same routine he did with his uncle. So its not reacting to like random parts, its a whole routine and both know which combo is coming next. shout out to mayweather for letting someone else take the part of his uncle. Thats also why he almost looks bored, hes doing almost the same routine for like 30+ years
@@conflict6248 that is correct. It’s a 500 punch sequence that’s been memorized by doing it thousands of times over years and years.. it’s not just reacting from random sequences thrown by the mitt holder..
J'adore ta pédagogie qui met l'accent sur le footwork, on le retrouve dans toutes tes vidéos, c'est se qu'il me manque au club ou on en fait 0%
Excellent work 🏅 just a constant keep on his standard, man
Floyd is in better shape than the current boxers.
What he’s doing is crazy he has the same snap on every punch people just don’t understand
I remember training amateur at Panthers gym in Edmonton. And coach Rick would talk about Floyd Mayweather’s boxing style/stance and showed magazines. Thats where I learned about Floyd.
Hell yah man
Everyone looks good hitting pads but this is another level. His movments are perfect zero wasted energy.
Thank you Champ🙏🏾 FACTS: you inspired and still do inspire millions around the world even if they can’t admit it.
FACTS: You’re undefeated an people admire your tremendous work ethic even if they can’t admit it.
FACTS: Nobody has done what you have an you taught boxers how to get paid an not get knocked stupid for the white owners to enjoy
HBO, Top Tank thought they could beat you but you knocked their asses out too.
Thank you Champ because we don’t give credit like we should as black Kings. You’re a true Champ🙏🏾Respect from Detroit
Man is loaded and still trains like he's got 5 dollars and half a turkey sandwich in his bank account, he's a shining example of DISCIPLINE.
@@lowestcommonDenomanator Yes and no. When the only thing you do in life is to train, you have to be more disciplined to not train than to do. Life would be insanely boring for him without it. Keep someone out of distractions and this is the result
@@S.O.A_Zero Yes I can definitely see that. When you're in a routine it can be a hard thing to change it no matter what it is.
@@S.O.A_Zero yep hes feeling good afterwards with endorphins, he HAS to workout or he wont feel right
This is amazing.! This is art

Its like floyd holding mitts and the guys catches him 😂😂😂. Dude has insane shoulder endurance
The guy doing the mitts looks like the one boxing 😊

The Da Vinci of Boxing
The part that people don't realize is that he's "trying" to take it easy in these workouts...lbs-- he's only showing glimpses of how he can REALLY move! His body mechanics and control are elite when it comes to this craft--smh --The dude hasn't slowed down at all.. it's just that....hell, he's spent over 30 years training hard; why go hard in retirement?? Even in these exhibition bouts, he's just chillin'..lbs-- Floyd is really the "Bruce Lee " of Boxing; the man mastered has mastered many styles-- dominated in his era and is living his best life... and still gets to do what he loves while helping out the younger generation of boxers, it don't get no better!
He already said it was and steal at the top 👌🔥
Look at Johnny Dang by the ringside
Floyd’s gym attire is always a classic
