I"ve tried the other gadgets and they are very uncomfortable and can't be worn in a shoe. This taping method works!!! I just taped my toe with the rock tape and it actually pulled my toe straight. I can now where the tape all day long to retrain my toe. This is a sloooow process. Do your homework. Thank you so much for the great video.

Thank you! I’m 35 and my toe is already starting to show it is shifting. It seems like even my podiatrist didn’t want to stress this method but I could feel the difference when he did this and it is a much cheaper long term aid for me than the things that seem designed for a more severe-looking bunion.
Is this always the best tape to use?

I use rocktape for my back pain and I can wear it one application for three days and it can go in the shower.
