    • @riot2136
      @riot2136 5 років тому +46

      VayFN some people get higher from 1 foot jumping and some get higher from 2 foot jumping, everyone’s different. Like Lebron James can jump higher off 1 foot than 2 foot jumping and Aaron Gordon can get higher off 2 foot.

    • @robodude1802

    Make sure that when you land you land on your tippy toes and that you bend ur hip backwards to absorb the impact even if it’s off 1 foot. One legged jumpers tend to lend on one foot either way but you can still make the landing better.

    Aye kid ima spill some advice on tactics I used to get bouncy in only a couple when I was in high school, First off you need to build your core a great excerise to get that shit together is leg raises, planks, and regular old crunches, secondly you need to build up legs strength not only in your Calve but thighs as well you can do some ordinary squats, also you can do calve raises on the edge of the stairs that works wonders, lastly work on you mechanics your taking off to close watch some videos on how to jump with maximum force it’ll help if you work on these things everyday for the next 2-3 months you gone be dunking fs.....I could only touch the rubber on the bottom of the back board and I was touching rim in like 2 months and I weighed 215 lbs at 5’10
