- Sunrise start here with my buddy Rob. Rob films his own fishing and we usually get out a few times each year. This is an action packed, long slog of a wade! Many fish to hand: brookies, browns and a tiger!! I did not make a count, but we had 15-20 brookies, 40-50 browns and 1 tiger to hand. The late summer aggression continues to build and the season looks like a typical special fall. The action starts within 5 min and stays hot with perhaps 2 minor lulls. Best brown @ 16" and best brookie @ 12". The tiger was a hormone popping burnt reddish/orange. The fish now are coloring up, browns here in particular are fluorescent and stunning!!! I got sticked by a larger brown ~ 18-20". Great times on the streams, happy fishing!!!!

Congrats on setting the record for most tigers in a year!!! Ok. I don't know if there's an official record, but it's been a legendary season for you in regards to catching tigers.
@@jessetoll1292 there does seems to be tigers teeming in the jungle this year! Always a nice surprise, but I would guess far from any real record. Lol. Happy fishing!

Once again, I have to recommend a third-grade book, "Trout are Made of Trees" by April Pulley Sayre." Looking at the restoration part of the stream there are no native riparian zone trees to provide food to the aquatic inhabitants in the stream. Even in the native portion of the stream the upland trees have encroached upon the stream bank. The only good upland trees are the timber in the stream which provides shelter for the trout from predators and the timber catches the seeds, leaves and small branches floating down the stream which is food for the invertebrates.
@@davidstakston1950 ditto. That on is flood control oriented. I will say it has managed floods well. Not a fan of the golf coursing. That was all forest prior. Happy fishing.

Awesome man. Any chance you can name the name of the creek? I'm a catch and release guy, really wanna try creek fishing for trout vs river salmon fishing
@@idie4dyes No chance. I do not name streams or places on Utube. Every designated trout stream is listed by county and mapped. Check out WI DNR for place you wish to fish. Happy fishing!
