😂 I didn't even know that. But I was astonished he immediately killed the sheep instead of thinking they just drop wool on the regular like every other animal product.
Love how Francis and Blitz came to the same conclusion on how to "lift" the curse. Kill the baby dragon. And that it took them a few moons to figure out the actual way to lift the curse.
Good episode. Tips if you ever replay: The winter coat is as good as a demon coat. The jester hat seriously good, better than a skull helmet. But your biggest miss was pleasing the brat. Ignoring his demands and fighting his guards was really fun. More unique loot from them.
also overbuying cheapest booster packs (or staying near tutorial stage in general) is a noobtrap; for which Francis fell in nearly every single game...
Yeah the other worlds are too easy imo. The royal gives too much time in between and doesnt punish high populations unlike the 2 other worlds. And in the sadness world selling happiness should not be a thing, as it made everything so easy.
Hardest diffuculty is short time duration and turning on all curses on. You will enjoy it i promise. It is time to finally hear francis curses on youtube 😂😂
I do appreciate this game. Having the whole game be cards tricks you into thinking it'd be boring but it makes up by making you constantly have to push forward and these alternate lands make you rebuild over n over even if it's not that hard.
you should do the world of death as it unlocks the curse at game set up, the real challenge is getting a game up and running with the curses on at the start.
While this one wasn't much of a challenge, you might enjoy the death curse more. In fact, if you want to ultimate stacklands challenge, go for a fresh mainland start with both the sadness and the death curse, with short moons. You can do it after you finish the death curse the first time.
Whoever this is, they like apples more than potatoes. Clearly it's either an imposter, or an alternate-universe, French Francis who thinks potatoes are a type of apple.
It's just the apples are so easy to setup, potatoes take so long and are far more complicated. It's my natural laziness shining through. If potatoes were a little better I would totally switch to them.
Should've tried to make Jester Hats, they're very strong, especially for those scenarious. Also u can use chest stack as 1 big chest, no need to separate them. It even shows total amount of money in the tooltip in the bottom left. Also u can anger royal from the very start, by dropping ur villager on him over and over again. Then u'll need to kill him like any normal enemy. And when he angered he stops making demands.
I'd love to see world of death please! This was a really fun video although you probably do need a higher difficulty. I didn't get half his requests done in time and had to fight the enemies while you were just waiting around for him.
Was trying to figure out why you were harvesting sheep by killing them, but then I remembered Ireland is one of the largest producers of sheep meat in the world.
In Stacklands you only need flint and wood to make a builder spiked plank. You need Iron for all the other tools. So you can make builders super early, but you need an iron mine (2 flint) and smelter (2 flint) before you can make your first piece of iron.
...How did you not think that grape/olive pulp is used for wine/oil? And throw away the wheat when you had so much excess food, and it specifically mentions feeding it to animals?

it hurts, you throwing away the wheat, while it could have been used to instantly produce the wool you needed, by simply feeding it to the sheep.
😂 I didn't even know that. But I was astonished he immediately killed the sheep instead of thinking they just drop wool on the regular like every other animal product.
you can feed any animal for instant product, wool milk poop egg
Wait you can mass produce animal products by force feeding them wheat!!! that will come in handy in the future.
In ONI we mourn every dead dupe. In Stacklands Francis just says "That means we can create a graveyard. Excellent!" 50:25
Love how Francis and Blitz came to the same conclusion on how to "lift" the curse. Kill the baby dragon. And that it took them a few moons to figure out the actual way to lift the curse.
You actually don't even need the baby dragon ... I never knew there was a baby dragon.
From what I have been told we could have just killed the king instead, would have saved us a bunch of waiting.
This royal's demands actually seemed quite reasonable, all things considered.

I think you should do the death world as it has quite a unique concept that doesn’t revolve around resources as much
Seconded. The death world is probably the most interesting of them all so it would be a shame if that's the only one that FJ skips.
Yeah the other worlds are too easy imo. The royal gives too much time in between and doesnt punish high populations unlike the 2 other worlds. And in the sadness world selling happiness should not be a thing, as it made everything so easy.
The death world is to easy if you do it a second time. Or if you do a newgame+.
"I'm really paranoid that we're running out of food" as he sells grapes.

"Oh, a painting. When do you want it? 17? We're still in 15, take it and stop your whining"
It's like the early days of RimRoyalty 😂
Poor dragon.. You didn't have to kill it, it's considered as a pet

i don't know if you do it intentionally but i love your puns

I really liked it!
Do not let him wuss out of the world of death!
i felt a tinge of frustration seeing Francis grind up the early game so much he broke through the end game like he did in Lobotomy Corporation
a 56 minute video after yesterday's epic sendoff. He must be hooked on this game, guys.
14:49 smash together 3 planks to get a piece of flint. Lol, great video as always!!!

Oh, you were right, that IS a face on the apple. Grapes and olives have faces too. Even planks...
The apple loop has been insanely powerful for base game and the DLCs. Don't let the developer know or it might get nerfed.
Until you unlock the milk farm (everywhere but on Death). Literally two magnets (one for cows/horses, one for milk) and no villager labor at all.
I really enjoyed this one. I wish they'd have made this one go on longer.
Whoever this is, they like apples more than potatoes. Clearly it's either an imposter, or an alternate-universe, French Francis who thinks potatoes are a type of apple.
Yeah, where are the french fries?
"potato" in Dutch/Afrikaans is aardappel/aartappel, which is "earth apple".
@@callum.dokkodo En francais, as well.

Maximum Difficulty - Spirit Of Radio : create 1 guitarist, 1 drummer and 1 Geddy Lee
Food wise, 3 milk in a barrel for Cheese, wheat on the animal to force production of something, water and a stone for a well for infinite water

I also am looking at how Francis would do the world of death as it will hinder his strategy of just doing mass production.
Everybody knows, the only way to get the wool from sheep is killing them ;P

Hoping for more updates of this game
It would be cruel to get this far and not just finish it lol
I would love to see you fight the death. There's something else there
The Spirit of greed seems to be a Roman, in an area near what is now Italy, if I had to guess.
Wine from olive oil barrels... hmmm yummy! xD
Was trying to figure out why you were harvesting sheep by killing them, but then I remembered Ireland is one of the largest producers of sheep meat in the world.
Ireland is actually more of a cow country, you might be thinking of New Zealand they have the highest number of sheep per capita last I checked.
Best thing to arrive at home to!
Milk into cheese into hotpot...
11:46 - 1 finger, 1 thumb, 1 arm, 1 leg, 1 nod of the head keep moving! 😂
I'm enjoying this game myself. My only criticism is that there is WAY too much RNG
I think farms are 3x the cost of gardens
Ihope hope hope for theworld of death.
saying no spoilers its... very interesting one
How are you awake after that crazy awesome ONI episode !
I wonder if sheep make poop, to make soil
I am on 8 minut and I am wondering whether you will try to use the royal to do things :D
Nice
Do it!
You should really upgrade your soil and gardens to farm, if your tech level is high enough.
And yes, sheds are a newbie trap.
Please do the world of death!
if you want a real challgenge you could play through factorio sea block
Why do you focus on builder and not also make axes and pickaxes?

This is a really dumb way playing curses.
