    My mom used to make everything in mason jars...when I was in college she used to send me back with soups, puddings, fruits and sauerkraut and this was in 2006. She grew up in the South where they canned just about everything.

    Omg! I just ate a bowl of this. Wow! This is as good as the restaurants! I love it. I added in ground fresh ginger, lemon grass, cilantro, the essence seed oil to enhance the flavor. Oh my !! Mmmm. Mmmm!

    Wow, this is brilliant! I was intrigued by your title, because I have been obsessed with soups lately, and this video just blew my mind! I’ve never thought to meal prep noodles before?! ThNk you so much for this video and all of your great tips; I’ll be making some of these this weekend for the coming week. I even think my husband would be interested in taking these to work! Wow, I’ve not been excited about meal prep in a LONG time, thanks for the yummy inspiration!!

    That’s a great idea 👍 Maybe pull the jars out an hour or so before cooking to let everything come to room temp.

    It looks and sounds so yummy but I just don't think I would be able to pinpoint the right amount of seasoning! I think it would come out so watery but I guess having a bottle of sriracha nearby could help lol!

      @@TheGirlonBloor Well I love the presentation of the mason jar, but only had 1 smaller one at home. So, I cut up the peppers, jicama, baby bok choy, carrots, & bean sprouts. Clean out the crisper in the fridge. I put all in a ziplock bag. Did the chicken the way you did yours and have all ready for lunch tomorrow. I have a large bowl to use. I will update you on how all goes. Love this way of having a healthy meal.

      Divide the content into ziplock bags instead of the mason jars, and store in the freezer?

    Adding that boiling hot water to a cold jar will also cause it to burst so be careful

    SO much jargon and so little time spent on the actual recipe/content. The bulking up tips and tricks and small talks should come right to the end in a section as opposed to in-between the recipe. Makes the video long, boring and harder to stick to.
