Theory: all this crazy stuff like gnomes setting stuff on fire and teddy bears robbing banks is evidence that the player has the fog madness (forgot the name, havent been able to play fo4 in ages) like the raiders do.

Kind of makes sense, but what about before the player goes to Far Harbor?
they should make a mod where the gnomes ward off dangerous enemies, but on a rare occasion cases mayhem with a gnome moved gazing their handiwork. perhaps offering alcohol would keep their mischievous natures very low?
Am I the only one that wishes their was some hostile sea-life and scary large sea monsters in the fallout oceans? I mean it is nice being able to explore without trouble, but the oceans depths always instilled a bit of anxiety that I feel these games should take more advantage of.
I’m thankful and disappointed that they don’t.
What pisses me off is they should have had more loot and enemies maybe an underwater gun too

Oxhorn that was not a whale with tusks that was just the lower jaw of the whale in two pieces. Google a real whale skeleton and you will see.

As others have said, those aren't tusks, those are the lower jawbones of the whale. Baleen whale's lower jaws are split into two parts to help in the expansion of their throat pouches. But now you know how humans a long time ago formed legends of griffins, dragons, giant cyclops and other things by coming across the bones of long dead creatures.
It's not always obvious what a creature looked like when just its bones remain, especially if scattered or collapsed.

They are either destroyed skeletons or tusks because whales jaws actually aren't separated to extend they're both separate bones but complete bones

I remember hearing when far harbor first came out that Bethesda had messed up the boundaries for far harbor, which is why some things (like the vertibird) are right outside of the boundary

It's DLC, so even if they wanted to fix it they couldn't. DLC updates require a full reinstall of the DLC, they could simply disable the boundaries as a fix but then there's no boundaries anywhere, meaning that going AFK in a body of water becomes dangerous as you might get carried past the edge of the world and fall into the abyss, it'd also mean players could venture out into areas that were never meant to be seen
The thing that DLC need a completely new download is complete bullshit. I had a lot of games that updated DLC areas including Bethesda games. And even if it did mean that you'd have to redownload everything, having to redownload it after a year is no problem. Doom just recently released an update that was 35GB big. With that you could download Far Harbour multiple times.

4:20 I think this looks like a reaper from subnautica, a game all about underwater.
It's actually just a normal boring baleen shale skull; nothing fun like the reaper. However the misidentification of rotting whales has lead to dozens and dozens of "monster" sightings over the centuries.
The 2 most common marine mis-identifications are Baleen whales and Basking sharks.

That's awesome they got more tourism from the game. The idea of showcasing things in media and getting people interested in things they may not have been before is one of the greatest things about it and imo proves it's worth as a hobby and an artform

I think that the ship at roughly 18:45 was a reference to a movie called BELOW a movie about a ww2 submarine that accidently sunk a hospital ship thinking it was a german destroyer, after the the captain and a few crew members went up top to confirm its destruction and discovered the truth the captain was killed by the second in command (the guy who falsely identified the ship) for fear of what would happen if they were found out, the other 3 that went up top with them felt the same as the second in command and kept it a secret claiming the captain slipped hit his head and sank before anyone could catch him, shortly after strange things start happening like some claiming to hear voices or see strange figures even a phonograph starts playning when no-one was any where near the thing whilst trying to hide from a nearby ship. the thing that sells it for me is one of the 3 that witnessed the captain being killed gets so spooked that he abandoned ship whilst it was submerged and gets hit and killed by the radio mast, just like one of the people in this video.

The search for the flight was ended around June 2018 cause they couldn't find any leads . Having a search for a flight without any leads would cost a lot of funds wasted , and to say that " they were lazy " is such a big insult to not only Malaysians , but to all the other countries who participated in the search
I think when the nukes dropped, the blasts had rose the ocean level around the world which might explain why the lighthouse is underwater.

Its been 200 years. The ocean levels have risen a whole ton. I've gone through some areas in the commonwealth and whole towns are underwater. I think the world is taking back what it was.

The gnomes are a reference to the mythical evil creature the "Red Cap". Probably most known in Dungeons and Dragons as small gnome like creatures who dip their pointed caps in blood hence the Red color.

I think whoever set up the 'barriers' for Far Harbour was just a freaking BONEHEAD and set them up wrong because there was soooo much stuff JUST beyond the edges of the walls and the map looks like you are nowhere near the assumed edges of the map you can see.
That infuriated me so much because i play console and t-51 is my favourite power armour, and it pissed me off

I took a walk around Jordan Pond in the Game. Which is a real place in Acadia National Park, and I have walked around it irl. It was pretty cool.

So, at what point are we supposed to assume that living teddy bears, garden gnomes and mannequins that act on their own accord are cannon? Some of them seem like they may have been placed in deliberately interesting positions by people, others seem more like tongue-in-cheek easter eggs from the developers with no clear realistic explanation. But doesn't there coma a point where we have to seriously consider that Fallout actually has living teddy bears, etc?

Thomas Di Marco yeah, the so called "tusks" are simply the mandibular bones of the lower jaw, which could mean that whales, although not mutated (as far as we know YET), were hard hit by the radiation and have either migrated to less irradiated waters after a massive die off, or have gone completely extinct altogether, with their relatives, Dolphins and Porpoises, being heavily mutated by the radiation and becoming dangerous coastal and aquatic predators

Seriously, the mannequins in this game really creep me out with some of the placements. I can't tell you the number of times I've wasted half a clip of 10mm ammo on a mannequin I thought was an enemy in a window, or just generally too creepy not to knock away.

On my Xbox I was able to freely access the lighthouse and power armor.
His boundaries are probably fucked up somehow cause I remember getting that power armor on my playthrough on PC
Been a while since I tried, as such I ask.... Can you not simply toggle clipping to get out to that vertibird, power armor, etc? I know when clipping is on or off, once can still interact with things. Though I am uncertain if clipping has any effect on map boundaries.

We own a house on Mount Desert (the island far harbor is based on) and we go there every summer. I am an active player of fallout 4 and when the DLC came out I was overjoyed because now, I could enjoy my favorite vacation getaway in a post-apocalyptic world. I couldn’t see underwater though, so I wasn’t able to explore its deep and cold oceans. I’m so happy you could make this video so me, and all your other viewers could see it. Love your content, keep it up. Also, you really should check out the island in real life. It’s called Mount Desert Island and It’s off the Southern coast of Maine. It really can give you a taste of the outdoors and I really couldn’t recommend it more. Again, love the content, keep it up.

I think the boat broken in half with the skeletons of a woman and a men reaching to each other between the parts could be a reference to the 2013 Tomb Raider. In the intro, a storm split the ship in half, and Lara trys to jump over the crack to reach her friend in the other side...
The mannequins could be a reference to the twilight zone episode with the mannequins in the department store
