I have been diagnosed with PCOD 8 years ago
since then I have tried various exercises that include high intensity .
after watching your videos I started with weight training around 2months ago and i have lost 7kg already more importantly My periods were on time and on exact date for past 3 months.
I normally take plenty of tablets during first 4 days of my periods which i was able to cut down to way less than I can imagine.
I genuinely give the credit to you guys for all the meal plans and weight training tips
    THANK YOU!!!!

This is such an encouraging story! I am just now getting more education with PCOS and PCOS weight loss and how to have a more fulfilling journey with managing my PCOS and successful loosing weight through supplements, workouts, diets, and more knowledge about it. I am super thankful for you and your social media platforms. I have been diagnosed with PCOS since middle school and was put on the pill and told that it would just help maintain my PCOS but I’ve been off it for almost 8 months now and am making baby steps to figure out diet, workouts, and supplements that will make me more successful on my journey. I am not looking past or being discouraged with small beginnings. Thank you for the guidance and encouragement, custer!!

My experience was similar to Arti’s! I was 18 and all they did was prescribe me birth control (which I hated). 🙃 However, I’m SO thankful I found you and Sirak on social media! I have lost almost 25 lbs in the past 3 months because of what I’ve learned! I’ve been 95% GF & DF, found my carb tolerance, been trying to get at least 5,000 steps a day, and have been taking inositol & the Metabolism Plus supplements! I feel soooo much better and have a lot more energy! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 💕
And congratulations, Arti! Your progress is inspiring! 🎉

Diagnosed with pcos since last 9 years. Never took it very seriously until last few years when my symptoms became worse. I came across your page in Instagram this year, and only then was i able to truly understand about pcos. I always thought weight gain and irregular periods were symptoms of pcos, but after following you guys, I realized the other symptoms I was facing like hirsutism, constant fatigue, insulin resistance, hair fall and lot of other things were actually linked to pcos. I have gained lots of knowledge on how to reverse pcos and hopefully I will be able to reverse it and become normal soon.

Then one day i started focusing and researching then i followed you i started taking advices and started smart eating well i lost 14 pounds now i workout i am doing better. I live in a country which is not very aware of pcos and even inositol here is for females who wants to be pregnant because it has folic acid in higher quantity. Let’s hope one day we get something better.

Especially lately as I was on reduced calories and working out 3-4 times a week but putting on weight despite doing all the stuff you both recommend, except slow weights. Dr said do even more eat even less and prescribed me some meds to help. I started the slow weights and not exerting myself and visibly it's all working finally. Problem is the drs rely on the BMI, so although the meds are working and I'm visibly thinner, I'm gaining muscle mass which means I'm not actually losing pounds. As a result the dr wont give me the meds which are helping me lose weight. It's so frustrating and disheartening. Being told you look thing and your collarbones are now protruding but because the BMI doesn't take into account that muscle is heavier than fat I can't get the help I need. I don't even know what to do anymore, so fed up. I guess videos like this helps me keep going when I'm seriously struggling.

@PCOSWeightLoss Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that in England. You pay taxes towards the health service and get what you are given whether you like it or not. It's not optional. If you go private, you pay for it and still have to pay for the public health service you are not using. So I can ask the Dr to run labs to check stuff but the response is always "lol no you're fine we don't have the money for doing whatever the patient wants".
