Just wanted add (my two penny bit) that as far as the job opportunities at the port are concerned, along with the usual requirement of people having experience with port operations, tug operation, crane operation etc, there would also be a requirement of insurance professionals, more precisely marine cargo insurance professionals, liability insurance professionals etc (got this information from my wife who is a marine cargo insurance professional). The insurance companies situated in the city would be already having people with these skill sets but still there are scope for more professionals in this insurance field. It will be really helpful if you can highlight this also in one of your video shows. I always watch your channel and I respect you for your in depth knowledge of the shipping industry and the efforts that you had put in to make this port a reality. Jai Hind.
