Hi I was wondering would you have any advice for me. I have an E30 325i. Crank no start. I replaced battery, alternator, fuel pump, fuel pump relay and fuse. When I turn the key the fuel pump doesn't activate. When I use a jumper wire in the fuel relay socket, the fuel pump activates and the engine fires up. What is my issue. Could a bad ground cause this or maybe some miscommunication between the ignition and the fuel pump relay. I'm going out of my mind. Any advice would be much appreciated

If you are using the standard ecu it will not prime the pump compared to a aftermarket ecu. I would say to check your crank position sensor as it is probably not sending a signal. The ohm reading for it should be 540 ohms +/- 10%.
