What amazes me is that people still doubt the benefits of a vegan diet. Even a doctor I met the other day was giving the big 'un about B12 and how it *HAS* to be *_injected_* periodically and a whole load of other "deficiencies" I'll have because of a vegan diet. Then there's that ridiculous "where do you get your protein from." Why are people so obsessed with protein as if it's the most important nutrient to consume and is only available from dead animals!!! I hate to don my tinfoil hat, but I think it's a conspiracy. All the evidence shows animal products are dangerous but yet our governments (definitely here in the UK) are siding with "drink lots of milk and only eat lean meat. It completely ignores the health issues and ethical issues resulting from the amount of resources that go into producing a tiny amount of animal products. Ex:- Solar power is not in widespread use because what you get back is not enough to justify the resources (although with more usage, it would increase our renewable energy and get cheaper and become more efficient because of more investment) but animal products.... Government only care if it doesn't effect their personal investments and party donors. Meat, tobacco, alcohol and weapons (especially guns in the us) pay too much money for any government to change policy.
+mpBomil Many foods are fortified with B12. The soya milk I use and the cereal I eat has it fortified. On top of that, I take a supplement just to be on the safe side. I had a blood test not too long ago and there was no deficiency. Personally, I think B12 is somewhere in nature but we just haven't found it yet. But on the whole, I don't think I could ever go back to eating meat. I feel better and healthier than I've ever felt. The thought of eating an animal is kind of disgusting now.
+Yoda on DMT You just answered your own problem. You don't know where the B12 is. You take supplements which is not natural. B12 is found naturally in meat which if it's grass-fed is extremely healthy. If you don't get B12 you get nerve damage and/or you can die. Unfortunately animal products (that come from healthy animals) are healthy. If you want to be vegan fine, that's good that you don't eat dead animals (even though agriculture kills millions of animals and eradicates entire species, not to mention destroy environmental topsoil) BUT don't kid that yourself that an omnivorous isn't healthy because it is.
+LiquidRush I don't need to take a B12 supplement, I just take a multivitamin every day to be safe. I also take additional vitamin D because dark skinned people in temperate climates suffer with deficiency regardless of diet. Is that unnatural to do as well? And it's well known that if we stopped eating animals, we could easily feed the world since most of what we grow and our water go to feeding cattle. Ultimately, if you want to eat animals because of one potential benefit, you can. But don't be fooled into thinking you're healthier than the average vegan. The stats are there in this video... and anecdotally in comparisons between vegans and meat eaters of the same age. I pass for someone half my age and look younger than my entire circle of friends.
11:54 "If these recommendations were adhered to, cancer incidents may be reduced, but farmers and the meat industry would suffer important economical problems." Sums it up really. So the health of patients, and the suffering of animals isn't as important as paid executioners losing money. Even the healthcare industry is corrupt.
Animal agriculture is more corrupt than anything because who they give to people to eat is gravely dangerous to eat long-term. Meat, milk, and egg companies manipulate and lie to billions of people by claiming it's "healthy" and even necessary for our health. Which by the looks of this video proves that to be profoundly the opposite.
A brilliant presentation. A perfect combination of wit and wisdom! It took 50 years to get people off tobacco, it could take just as long to get this message across! Meanwhile decide for yourself, is your diet ready for review?
But people are all to aware of the consequences of smoking nowadays. There is no escaping the fact, it's written over every single packet available to consumers. The same cannot be said for meat and dairy. There is little awareness. Hell, I have only learnt all of this in the last week and the more lectures I listen to, the more horrified I am for the diet I've been feeding my kids. I have adopted a completely different diet for us now. No way am I going to contribute to the decline of my children's longterm health
Great Experience I had with u DOCTOR ORAL UA-cam channel after using his herbal product & get cured from herpes Virus totally. Thanks so much DOCTOR ORAL UA-cam channel
Because "where do you get your protein from?!?!" i.e. population is completely brainwashed. Current generation will die of cancer, heart diseases, but looking at the trends, plant based diet is getting increasingly popular among younger open minded population.
I just shared this to my family's whatsapp group (we have alzheimer's, fibroids, diabetes, parkinson's, hypertension in our family) and my aunt says we should pray so God can protect us from diseases and ailments -____-
Watching this video from beginning to end, has just increased my recent desire to go totally animal product free in my diet. I’m 60 years old, Tennessee, and I know that it won’t be easy, but I’m determined to do it. The facts are there. I got interested in this because of the miserable existence of factory animals, and now have another reason to try to transition and adopt it completely: my life.
Hi Doc. Four years ago my wife became vegetarian. Her liver was failing. Bile production was nonexistent. After starting a vegetarian diet, the bile came back within 48 hours. I thought it was pretty cool, to say the least. In support of her decision, which was 'cold turkey,' (pardon the expression) I decided to stop eating hamburgers. I weighed 180 pounds. Three months after that I weighed around 160. I did nothing else to modify my diet, and I have kept the weight off for four years. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel so much better. I finally know what it's like to not be hungry 24 hours a day. We eat vegan when we eat at home. I still eat some meat when we eat out. But I like it less and less. I do not have a religious obsesssion with veganism like some people. But I can tell you that the more vegan meals I eat, the better I feel.
Father-n-laws uncle had many heart attacks and treatments. Each time they told him to eat LESS MEAT. He never changed his diet. Finally he got so bad he couldn’t walk to the mail without getting out of breathe. Again he went to the doctor for another treatment. Nope, the doctor says he can’t do anything for him. He became a vegan and within a few weeks could walk to the mail and even mow his grass. Within a few months he could go back to his regular life. He lived another 5 years.
That's about the same story as Dr. Greger's G-ma. She lived even longer after they gave up on her, but they never told her to cut back on meat. They just told her they didn't know what else to do.
I went veggie last year.,..in just one week, i felt marvelous. Now, affter watching this, i think i need to go vegan. I am going to try it....oh and you forgot to mention something...veganism cures the leading cause of animal deaths as well. Big smile. Thanks for posting.
+Sam Egginton Yes! When my husband and I were going through the detox, we could find very little information about it. It can be nerve wracking if you don't know what is going on because it can make you question what you are doing. Thankfully, we pushed through it and it only lasted for a few weeks. Once you push through that, it's smooth sailing! :-) I feel way better than before and my husband and I have lost over 90 pounds between the two of us! Going vegan was the best thing we have ever done! I just wish there was more information out there about the initial detox from animal products. I am NEVER tempted to cheat on a vegan diet, for several reasons, but one big one being that I don't want to ever have to go through that again! Lol!!!
Actually it's a lifestyle of needing to label yourself in order to get attention and feel good without doing a damn thing to change anything. There are lots of people with more compassion that actually do something for the well-being of animals without the need of being a vegan and telling everyone to convert to their cult.-
Hilarious, eye opening, and potentially life changing. One of the best videos I've ever run across, and unlike quite a lot of other "advice" I've seen on the web, shows the actual source material so you can verify it for yourself. Watch this with a loved one!
Absolutely love the style of your presentation! I mainly eat plant-based, but I think I'm slowly heading toward all out plant-based the more I research and learn
He's got a plethora of other awesome videos...mostly not as long as this one...another good film to watch is "Forks Over Knives"--available at most libraries AND on Netflix, I believe.
Since my wife who has MS started with a Vegan diet, she doesn’t heed medicine. Needs no medicin and her brainscan showed positive results: less active inflammations! Before she needed a rollator to walk. Now she walks without, and we go biking together....we started Vegan, december 2017! Everybody must choose their own diet, I know what I see everyday now....
@keecefly stop being so selfish - we don't need to eat animals, it's incredibly cruel and nothing can justify putting an animal through a lifetime of torture and misery only to suffer a most painful and agonising death. Plus meat isn't even good for us, it's been linked to heart disease, type-2 diabetes, cancer, strokes etc. Basically just do your research before you come out with stupid shit like that
@keecefly we can and should live on a plant-based diet we don't have to kill animals in order to survive. And yes I do have other things to do but I've decided to spent time researching about this because it is such an important issue and ppl need to start changing the way they live.
It's so great to watch this 30 days after quitting meat/dairy/eggs cold turkey (haha, pun). My blood pressure dropped from 140/80 to 117/75 in that time and all of this information reinforces my choice even more. Feeling healthier and happier than ever, always full on fruit and veg.
@@dancindavey1515 Dude. Let me break it down for you in real simple terms: The original comment said that veganism is for beauty obsessed people and people who are must watch this video. I pointed out that the person in this video looks terrible. His body looks malnourished as if he is 12 year old girl, and to add to that he is just 47 but looks 60+. This apprantly is counterproductive to anyone who is beauty obessed. That was the point of my comment. It does not matter what you majored in, veganism is malnourishment. No matter how you look at it. It is a religion putting animals and their life above our own. We are predators and we need animal protein and fat to maintain optimal health. Simple as that. No wonder we are at the top of the foodchain. It is NATURE. Try to fight it and you will see what happens - disease.
WOW! I thought my diet and lifestyle was pretty healthy, after years of continually optimising my diet from voraciously reading studies. But I learnt more just from watching this 1-hour video than the past few years combined, because it made me consider things I would have never even begun to think about. Keep up the good work Dr Greger!
Amaaaaaaazzzzziiiiiinnnnnggggggg I have just recently became vegan and have impacted change on so many family and friends who are making huge steps in that direction. Thank You for saving my life!!!
This film clip, out for over a decade, is as fresh as the first time I saw it. I am as devoted to Dr. Greger as many young women are to Taylor Swift. Though I haven't learned all of his prounouncements by rote, I've taken them all to heart. I appreciate nutritional science. Indeed, when I read "The China Study" in 2005 I went plant based. In the years since I haven't had one sick day, even throughout COVID-19, not so much as a cold. I set out to avoid the cancers that had afflicted both my dear parents, one of whom died of it. Yet when my arthritis pain vanished and I stopped losing teeth to periodontal disease, after losing 8 teeth, it was like icing on the cake. I treated myself for both these untreatable conditions with an all plant based diet. My labs are normal, BP just fine. I have no diagnosed illnesses and, at 81 years of age, I require no prescription drugs. Nevermind that I smoked for 50 years, and for a time was a raging alcoholic. All my drinking buddies have preceded me. It's not just our genetics or our bad habits, it's the food we eat that makes the difference.
Not exactly karma, but rather we are "designed" to be herbivores, with little to no evidence saying otherwise...the only reason people believe we are omnivores is that we think all these diseases he mentions in the video are COMMON for humans, despite not occuring in any other species of monkeys, and therefore accept this as though we can eat animal products. No one ever looks up these kinds of things, because people around us who has not looked up the real facts say something like "Oh we are omnivores, right?" which they are unsure about until someone claims they are not. Omnivorism and diseases...One causes the other, and the industry benefits greatly.
+Katie Pecotich Works damn skippy for ME and I'm 58...at my high school weight , bp this morning was 119/60 when I donated blood. I feel fabulous...SO much energy!
good on you!!! I'm 34, and I feel 18 again, except so much happier than 18 because I am never hungry!!! i dont feel guilt when eating and that endless cycle of ''portion control'' and ''bloating'' etc. it really is the best thing since sliced bread xo
it's almost impossible for everyone to live on the same diet though, even a diet that would be most optimal for humans. the main reason is that people are simple different from each other. the other reason is people living in different climates and locations. the good thing about being human is that our body does its best to adapt to any diet (or lifestyle) we are on.
That's because GMO started in 1994 with a tomato. From the beginning of time until the possibly introduction into factories (the first factory in 1790 used 9+ children pushing foot treadles) the food was more nutritious and not as heavy on the chemicals, antibiotics etc.
I recently switched back from veganism to just vegetarianism (about two months ago). I've missed being vegan and have been considering going back to it. Safe to say that this video has totally changed my mind again and I'm definitely going back to the vegan lifestyle. I can't even remember why I stopped!
I have a relative living in Canada who says “he knows the immense suffering that animals go through” but he says that he won’t stop eating meat (well, that’s his vocabulary. In reality, Eating meat is eating a cadaver who was assass!nated without rights or mercy)
Compelling. Connections between what you put in your mouth and disease. Love the work this guy does - presenting scientific studies, the context and the results. Very grateful he does this work.
Dr. Greger fucking rules. What an awesome human being. More praise to you Thanks for everything you do, Mister Greger. Your work is of vital importance.
Thank you very much Dr Michael Greger. You are a role model and somebody to respect. Sharing your knowledge is appreciated and god given. Thank you very much.

THIS was the presentation that changed my life. I was vegetarian since 1989 and then after watching Forks Over Knives and this lecture, I went vegan on Sept 1, 2012. Now I'm eat plant-based/whole food rather than vegan, thanks to Dr Greger! The Daily Dozen chart and app really help.
It's sad about the amount of research out there yet it's still being kept in the dark because of the power of the animal agriculture industries. People are constantly bombarded with meat and dairy promotional advertisements, TV commercials and even the systems we depend on telling us to continue eating meat and dairy.I am going to university and studying nutrition and yet my teacher is providing misleading and contradicting information to the class of future dieticians. You want to know why many health industry "experts" are part of this whole process of information corruption because like at my school all of these students going on to work in the health industry are being told to have 3 glasses of dairy a day, eat red meat for iron and protein. My school is SPONSORED by the dairy industry and when you open your eyes and become aware of that you will than see how specifically centred the class is in promoting dairy, it's ALL about MONEY!open your eyes people and do your OWN RESEARCH!

Amaaaazing job. You know, instead of water, you could use cold-steeped hibiscus and green tea in your smoothies. Just throw a few green and hibiscus tea bags in a gallon of water and keep in the fridge. High antioxidants. Add berries and maybe a lead of kale, or better yet, a few stems of chocolate mint, BAM! Mint grows like CRAZY. Plant a few in the yard and next year you'll have hundreds of them.
Alexis Cabrera Dates. Just use dates, no sense in adding refined sugars. Hell, Dates have more potassium than banana's and taste sweeter than sugar. Get all your potassium/fibre fix without refined sugars... which are the absolute worst form of 'carbohydrates' available to the human body. Bonus recipe: 2 Bananas, 2 cups almond milk 2 Tbps Cacao powder 2-3 dates (depending on sweetness preference) 1tsp cinniamon 1tsp Nutmeg. 1/2 C Oats.(optional but advised) Blender. Congratulations you have a deliciously creamy chocolate milk shake that is supremely healthy for you. Add in the oats and you've got a calorically sufficient meal.
I hear yah on that! Vegan for 4 years... it is a constant work in progress... also the programming I have had as an athlete, competitor, PT and a hard-core gym rat, carnivore... not eating like a blood type A at all. This is a great post thankyou
This video is amazing! Thank you so much for putting all this information out there, I've sent it to so many friends trying to get them to see the benefits of the vegan way :) It's really nice to have something to present that is so well informed. Keep on doing amazing work! Xoxo
Great presentation. My first thought was what is his agenda and is he a vegan. it's clear that he has your well being and healthy lifestyle as his agenda, which is commendable, and yes he is a vegan. i was reminded of the observation "how do you know someone is a vegan / vegetarian? hold a conversation with one and within the first 10 seconds they will tell you." Now i go to his critics for the other side of the debate, as there is always an opposing view on any subject and i draw my conclusion from the middle ground. keep shining your light on us all Dr.G as your presentation was humorous.

Dr. Greger, you are my hero!
11:54 "If these recommendations were adhered to, cancer incidents may be reduced, but farmers and the meat industry would suffer important economical problems."
Sums it up really.
People still smoke...
@@stobi Not as many, and especially not as many young people
Great Experience I had with u DOCTOR ORAL UA-cam channel after using his herbal product & get cured from herpes Virus totally. Thanks so much DOCTOR ORAL UA-cam channel
This is how all lectures are meant to be presented. Thank you.
All these health reasons, combined with the ethical, environmental, and world hunger reasons, who wouldn't want to go vegan?
^^thank you^^ and I've also noted that whatever foods are great for our hearts are ALSO great for our colon, kidneys, brain, liver, etc!
I'm still trying to find a valid reason not to be vegan, just seems like a lost cause.
Because "where do you get your protein from?!?!" i.e. population is completely brainwashed. Current generation will die of cancer, heart diseases, but looking at the trends, plant based diet is getting increasingly popular among younger open minded population.
EcoRunner I thought that his other video showed that vegans had the same mortality.
because people are selfish cunts.
I'm glad one of the best (if not THE best) NutritionFacts videos got a new thumbnail. It looks great!
If everyone took Dr. Greger's advice, healthcare costs would be lower. I hope he makes videos like this every year.
You know what's sad? Even this won't convert some people. 🙁
I just shared this to my family's whatsapp group (we have alzheimer's, fibroids, diabetes, parkinson's, hypertension in our family) and my aunt says we should pray so God can protect us from diseases and ailments -____-
+Ashley Grey exactly! It's so sad.
+Samantha Retner I don't even know what to do anymore.
yeah .. , denial has been around for centuries. but that is OK because science is here and ignorance bliss is getting less and less of an excuse.
+Ashley Grey ::: Justify your eating habits, by saying "I got to die from something after all".... lol
This is mind-blowing! I am vegan for over 1 year and this is one of the best decisions I have ever made! Thank goodness this Doctor exist 😁
But I can tell you that the more vegan meals I eat, the better I feel.
shhhhh. people don't want to know that a veg/vegan diet can cure disease. they don't believe it and they don't want to know. shhhh.
What a legend!
💕
A formidable force.
ONE of the FEW remaining REAL doctors of this rotten world, one that is still consciously doing his job, to prevent and treat human diseases.
Yes!!!
My Dad is the same. Has a mobility scooter but he doesn't change because he doesn't believe.
Wow 😮
That's about the same story as Dr. Greger's G-ma. She lived even longer after they gave up on her, but they never told her to cut back on meat. They just told her they didn't know what else to do.
The BEST doctor in the world is Dr Michael Greger!
great video; one of your best! plant based diets for the win on all levels!
I went veggie last year.,..in just one week, i felt marvelous. Now, affter watching this, i think i need to go vegan. I am going to try it....oh and you forgot to mention something...veganism cures the leading cause of animal deaths as well. Big smile. Thanks for posting.
+Karen Voncripps That's great to hear! Keep it up and keep educating yourself :) #TeamVegan
Karen, yes go Vegan!
+Karen Voncripps I'm glad you decided to go vegan, the detox process can be a bit unpleasant but after you feel amazing!
Lol!!!
Alison Self woooo! wel done you two, im glad you are feeling better! keep up the great work
This may be the greatest speech/presentation of all-time. Dr. Greger is a brilliant, charismatic dude. What a Godsend!
This video helped me on my vegan journey! If you want answers, here they are, he is also absolutely hysterical with his sense of humor :)
This is an amazing talk. I highly recommend it to anyone who is seriously interested in living a healthier life.
I came across this video few years ago. Dr. Greger is the best doc ever, hands down
Vegan is not a diet, it's a lifestyle of compassion towards all earthlings on this planet.
yes that is veganism.. but a vegan diet also has its own health benefits. They are both good!
Vegan is a diet, as everyone has their own diet (eat masters, vegetarians, vegans...)
Actually it's a lifestyle of needing to label yourself in order to get attention and feel good without doing a damn thing to change anything. There are lots of people with more compassion that actually do something for the well-being of animals without the need of being a vegan and telling everyone to convert to their cult.-
Yes Karen Sanchez, it is a moral mindset. People who eat a vegan diet and nothing else, are no vegans, period.
ohmybell, No, veganism is a moral mindset. Diet is just a small part of veganism.
He's got a plethora of other awesome videos...mostly not as long as this one...another good film to watch is "Forks Over Knives"--available at most libraries AND on Netflix, I believe.
epic! I literally was just told about forks over knives today! I'll have to check it out! Thanks for the heads up!
Just out of curiousity: How well did you do after 2 years?
Everyone should watch this!
Yep
This is the video that started it all and made me go vegan overnight, six years ago. I'm glad I didn't wait a day longer.
veganism changed my life ♥
Lichtblick same 💖
Since my wife who has MS started with a Vegan diet, she doesn’t heed medicine. Needs no medicin and her brainscan showed positive results: less active inflammations! Before she needed a rollator to walk. Now she walks without, and we go biking together....we started Vegan, december 2017! Everybody must choose their own diet, I know what I see everyday now....
@keecefly are you saying that you value your taste buds higher than the life of an animal?
"so what let's not even tell them?" hahah 9:42 got me
It's so great to watch this 30 days after quitting meat/dairy/eggs cold turkey (haha, pun). My blood pressure dropped from 140/80 to 117/75 in that time and all of this information reinforces my choice even more. Feeling healthier and happier than ever, always full on fruit and veg.
This should be the most watched video on UA-cam, especially for health junkies and the beauty obsessed.
Being vegan does it all.
Beauty obessed ? Have you taken a good look at this guy ? He looks like a malnourished 12 year old girl at the age of 47?
@@trifract4742 Maybe he’s not beauty obsessed, Einstein.
@@dancindavey1515 Hey, you are not a physics major , thats for sure. Look at the original comment.
@@trifract4742 How do you know what I majored in?
Thank you so very much! My mother is now starting to consider going on a plant-based diet whereas I failed in convincing her for half an year.
Dr. Greger, thank you for everything you do. An amazing video EVERY American needs to see.
After watching this how could anyone go against the logic and not change their lifestyle? Thank you Dr Greger for providing the facts.
Bollywood's biggest star Aamir Khan has gone vegan after watching this video!
Wow
thats awesome to know! even our parents would like some celeb inspo haha. they think im a rare species lol
Phil Adams -I think most Indians are vegetarians.
CM, but not vegans.
Phil Adams, people should watch 'Earthlings' and be ashamed, very ashamed.
Love you, Dr Greger!! Thank you so much for everything you do. If I could turn back time and save family members from heart disease, I would!
If I could change their views on other animals, I would. Still trying though.
Amaaaaaaazzzzziiiiiinnnnnggggggg I have just recently became vegan and have impacted change on so many family and friends who are making huge steps in that direction. Thank You for saving my life!!!
His book “How Not To Die” should be required in all schools of medicine.
Maybe this is natures karma?!
Those who disrespect animals end up getting sick?! X
YES
agreed!
+Kaka Dodo smh
Kaka Dodo And how do you know if anyone of us has done our own research or not?
one diet to rule them all :)
It's not a diet. It's a solution.
Derek Sevcik its definitely both, just thought in reference to this video it was more about dietary links :)
it's almost impossible for everyone to live on the same diet though, even a diet that would be most optimal for humans. the main reason is that people are simple different from each other. the other reason is people living in different climates and locations. the good thing about being human is that our body does its best to adapt to any diet (or lifestyle) we are on.
Very little if any of this has changed in 10 years. I'm 8 years better off myself from changing my diet. Hope y'all are too.
I can't even remember why I stopped!
great! try to get more inspiration (like vegan youtubers, books, recipes, and documentaries), so you make sure of stay on this lifestyle 😊
Well done for this pointless comment 😅
ellie well done for your pointless reply...

Dr. Greger is such a great speaker, really makes you excited about the facts!
Why would anyone thumbs down this video? Truth hurts?
Jocelyn Dziadyk maybe hits them in their bank accounts
Compassion to all! Your health, animals, and the environment❤
I have a relative living in Canada who says “he knows the immense suffering that animals go through” but he says that he won’t stop eating meat (well, that’s his vocabulary. In reality, Eating meat is eating a cadaver who was assass!nated without rights or mercy)
Such an epic presentation!
EPIC...yes, Michael Greger is EPIC because he cares and wants us all to eat healthy at NO BENEFIT to him personally!
I haven't enjoyed so much a presentation including ppt in a such a long time :) genius...
"If there is one thing that we know about hot dog eaters, it's that they are picky!" - Dr. Greger. Such a wonderfully put statement! hahaha
Just incredible presentation. Dr. Gregor and NutritionFacts.org team are amazing! Will be sharing with loved ones

11:30 Of course they shouldn't go vegetarian.
They should go vegan.
58secs in and this man is hilarious 😂😂😂
5 years later they are after the fruits and vegetables. Making them gmo
This presentation is a wonderful combination of serious science and sense of humour. I've really enjoyed it!
This man`s energy and expertise are incredible.. Thank you so much for your brilliance!!!

Josephine Miller Me three :D
Amaaaazing job. You know, instead of water, you could use cold-steeped hibiscus and green tea in your smoothies. Just throw a few green and hibiscus tea bags in a gallon of water and keep in the fridge. High antioxidants. Add berries and maybe a lead of kale, or better yet, a few stems of chocolate mint, BAM! Mint grows like CRAZY. Plant a few in the yard and next year you'll have hundreds of them.
Josephine Miller You go girl!
Josephine Miller Love banana based smoothies with lots of sugar, taste like vanilla ice cream^^
Bonus recipe:
2 Bananas,
2 cups almond milk
2 Tbps Cacao powder
2-3 dates (depending on sweetness preference)
1tsp cinniamon
1tsp Nutmeg.
1/2 C Oats.(optional but advised)
Blender.
Congratulations you have a deliciously creamy chocolate milk shake that is supremely healthy for you.
Add in the oats and you've got a calorically sufficient meal.
One of the best videos on UA-cam! Thank you Dr. Greger! I know that I am healthier and it is because of you!
Dr. Gregory, you are an inspiration to me and a true hero for humanity. Thank you for all your work and spreading the word.
Good to keep up to date with all of the new info, been a vegan for years but still tweaking my diet, it's a work in progress.
I hear yah on that! Vegan for 4 years... it is a constant work in progress... also the programming I have had as an athlete, competitor, PT and a hard-core gym rat, carnivore... not eating like a blood type A at all. This is a great post thankyou
Thank you for your brilliant work, Dr Greger!
More people need to see this.
BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!
