Thank for the comparison! I didn't realize Drifter is so much bigger than PJ duffle. I thought Drifter was just PJ duffle with different front pockets and I was wondering how many people really need this one alternation. Now knowing how big Drifter is, I want to warn everyone: The hooks on the cross body strap will probably break off very quickly, if you plan on carrying your fully loaded Drifter on your shoulder and walk for a while. I use PJ duffle as my work bag and I have to carry a lot of sheet music, meaning my bag is SUPER HEAVY. The 1 in strap with shoulder pad that came in with the bag can't do the job, it kept rolling off my shoulder. I switched to 1.5 in strap that is sold separately, the bag can finally stay on my shoulder but the hooks on the strap broke off twice within a year. I only need to carry it on my shoulder when I walk from my house to my garage (it's right next to my house), and from parking lot to my work place, and the hooks can't take it. I did get replacement thanks to the warranty, but I can't trust the hooks anymore. Since I know I will always carry PJ duffle on my shoulder, I ended up cutting out the D rings on the bag and the hooks on the strap, replacing the D rings with heavy duty rings from a hardware store, threading the strap through the rings and sewing the strap down. If I had to do it to a fully loaded PJ duffle, I am pretty sure a fully loaded Drifter would need the same treatment.
There really is a big difference but it doesn't look that way when you are just looking at stock pictures. Side by side you can definitely see the size difference. Thanks so much for watching!
Great review! I got the same bag in Navy! Did not realize until I saw your video that Drifter is really a very big bag. Thank you for the size comparison. I don't think this is an under the seat kind of a bag. This will go as a carryon in the overhead bin or maybe ideal for a road trip. Dimensions are too big for it to be a personal item (I carry Puddle Jumper as a personal item). I don't regret buying it though. Today I purchased packable boxer in brushed Red for $33 !
I agree with you that this bag would be really good for a car trip for sure. Oh I have never seen brushed red in person. I bet it's beautiful. That brushed fabrication is so good!

You do great reviews...and I always love seeing the size comparison (front, side, deep) with similar bags. It really showed how big that one is. I like the pockets, but anything that big (wow, all those jeans!!) will probably need wheels for me, LOL. Thanks for the review. (Color is beautiful too.)
Aww you are always so sweet. I didn't expect this bag to be so big, especially since I didn't think it looked that big on QVC when I was watching the presentation. However, yea it makes the PJ Duffle look little compared to it. I love this color too and the lining is beautiful. I saw where they came out with the PJ Duffle in new colors and got excited when I saw the blue moon but then was disappointed to see it didn't have the same lining. Funny you are the second person to say it needs wheels on it. 🤣🤣 Good to hear from you and hope you have a great upcoming weekend!

I received my Flapper SE today. They sent Brushed Silver. I do like it, though. It’s more of a Taupe-y Grey, very wintery looking. I think I’ll keep it.
I do like Blue Moon, though. And I really like that interior lining, as well.
Oh shucks, I was hoping you could have gotten it changed to the brushed gold. I think the brushed silver is gorgeous tho. I love the interior lining so much of this bag. I like this lining in the blue moon better than the dragonfly lining in it. Have a great day!
@@AmandaPerkins815 well, the Brushed Silver looks grey, so I bet the Brushed Gold looks tan, or maybe like the Sand Taupe.
That thing is a behemoth! It needs wheels. Even carrying it on a suitcase handle might be an issue.

You are cracking me up. I agree it needs it's own wheels bc it is heavy when packed full. I also agree with you about sliding it over the handles on a suitcase. It is bigger than I expected it to me and to me this one is more of a car bag than an airplane bag. Just my opinion about the size of it.
It may be a little bit before I can do that but I will certainly try to get a video on organizing. I am still trying to figure out the best way since my move.
