Great review of your travel bags! I have the ranger xl, propeller 2, and steamboat 2 and pj duffle! I also have the boxer 2 and cartwheel 2. Great travel bags!
And other than the HG steamboat 2, our colors are different for once 🤣
I have to say I'm not surprised we have the same bags. However, I have to say I am surprised they are different colors. We are usually twinning. It's because of you I finally decided to give the PJ Duffel a try. Thanks bc I'm loving it so much.
Hi Amanda! The only Weekend bag I have, is the original Steamboat with the backpack straps. I only use it with the backpack straps. When I go up to my besties for a weekend getaway, I find it very helpful that I can carry it up her stairs, on my back. I have a bad back, and believe it or not, wearing it as a backpack, distributes the weight evenly as opposed to weight pulling me to one side and pulling my back out of alignment. So, I have refused to buy another one until they come back out with backpack straps, but I am tired of my flamingo pattern and am ready for something fresh. You have me real tempted with the Puddle Jumper Duffle! It looks like a great bag, but, they seem to be long gone. But I would have actually tried it, even though it didn't have backpack straps. :). That does make sense about the backpack and distributing the weight for you. The PJ Duffle is seriously so good. I wish they would come out with new colors in it bc it really is an amazing trail bag and even completely packed its not too heavy like the propeller and steamboat can get. Love all your travel bags. I usually like to use a small wheeled carry on when traveling because I find the lug duffles just get too heavy. I save those for road trips. Maybe by spring, Lug will bring back more rolling carry ons.
Oh I agree that the bags get heavy. I usually will use my PJ Duffel on my carry on suitcase so I don't have to carry it. The others I use for road trips. Do you have any Lug wheelies? I swear by my Travelpro one and don't have a Lug one. I saw a sneak peek that the Porter was coming soon. Did you see that on Luglive?
@@AmandaPerkins815 No. I did not see the wheelies and I don’t have any from Lug. I am still using my luggage set from Kathy Van Zeeland when she used to be on QVC. It has been everywhere with me and last forever. I have never found anything I like as much. She always had great carryons. Would be nice to have something from Lug to match my bags.

I recently ordered the Canter 2...I wish it came in the Sand color you showed in the Ranger XL. I despise all of the mumsy prints these bags come in, but my only solid options were gray (looks like an office cubicle) blue-green (yuck) or shiny black (looks cheap). So, I reluctantly ordered the gray. An off-white, matte black, or matte cognac brown would be wonderful. (Yes, I looked at the vegan leather ones but was afraid they'd be significantly heavier than the fabric ones, and I want my bag to be as light as possible---for travel purposes.)

Does the puddle jumper fit underneath the seat on the plane
Yes. I have had the PJ Duffle under the seat in front of me several times on Delta flights.
Which do you think fits better underseat; the PJ Duffle 2 or the Aviator?
Definitely the Pj Duffle. It can stand easily and you have easy access to everything with room on each side of it for your feet to go. The Aviator takes up a little bit more space under the seat. Hope thats helpful. Thanks for watching and hope you have a great day.
Is there a pj duffle with back pack straps?
No there is not. All the PJ Duffles have a shoulder strap and that's it. Its a great travel bag tho. It's my most reached for when traveling, especially by plane.
I think you got the wrong strap. My ranger XL came with the 1.5” strap. I would contact Lug and see if you can get the correct strap.
Oh no! I was wondering why that large of a bag would only come with a 1 inch strap. Thank you for the info. I will contact them.

Does the Propeller 2 hold more than the Minibus? Is there a significant difference?
Yes the Propeller 2 definitely holds more. It is quite a difference. Some people may even consider that the minibus could be used daily for a work bag. The propeller 2 is definitely more for travel. Hope this helps.

I have not but it seems like it might be a little big to fit under the seat. I hope someone can answer your question for you.
Omg I’m the same way about the lining … I love the ocean blue color but I can’t stand the ocean theme lining so I refuse to buy any bags in that color
Glad I'm not alone. Seriously I won't get a bag if I'm not in love with the lining. But I really do love that ocean blue lining 😂 Sometimes they change out the lining in solid color bags so you might get lucky and they change the lining in newer ocean bags 😃 Thanks for watching!
