DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR'S CUT - How to unlock the Spare Ammo Container (Level 2)

In order to unlock the Spare Ammo Container (Level 2), you need to complete all the fire drills with, at least, a C rating!
Also, in order to have all the 28 drills showing up, you need to unlock all the locations from the Central Region (UCA)!
Lastly, there's no way you can unlock it before reaching Edge Knot City!
