I don't think you can, because I'm from Romania and the servers for Brazil/Portugal are different. What you can do, though, is to try and bring as many regions in the chiral network. That's the easy path, of course. In my playthrough I've built ALL the roads by myself, at the beggining of Chapter 3, with only Lake Knot, Engineer, Elder and the Craftsman linked in the network.

This location works. The location from older videos only gave me Arctic Char (big). I'm assuming it's patch related.
