Got mine the Tisas B9R/ 1911 DS carry model) for 500$. Excellent entry level DS 1911, heavy but full steel gun and you can also upgrade almost every part of the pistol interchangeable with Staccato P parts. So you can throw in a staccato trigger, grip frame etc. I was interested in the DS 1911 guns but didn’t want to go all in and spend 2500$ on the first one and this is a great for learning the manual of arms and parts and components of a 1911
Bragging about how INEXPENSIVE a gun is, is perfectly acceptable when discussing Turkish guns. The Turks have really knocked it out of the park with affordable, QUALITY, guns and ammunition. They are especially great values with MOST of their clones of Benellis, CZ, and 1911s.
Yeah man but you know how people are even my closet friends won’t buy them thinking I’m just saying that because I’m cheap or something knowing that I have Dan Wessons and Staccatos. Thank you for watching and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
I have 6 Tisas 1911's, including this one and the new Inglis Highpower model. Absolutely enjoy all of them. They all have proven reliable and accurate enough to be in my EDC rotation. I can't recommend them enough to people looking to get into the 1911 game. Great video as always.
Great video I picked up one of these a few weeks ago at Blackhawk Armory for $499. Run about 100 rounds through it and had about four failures to go in battery!! I can't blame the gun yet considering I was using steel case ammo.
As I mentioned on my Tisas 1911 DS video, its punches way above its weight class. Love my Tisas 1911 DS Carry. Its been flawless! Few upgrades here and there but its smooth! Kick ass video!
Thank you sir and I will likely change to a full length guide rod and a tighter barrel bushing and a little lighter recoil spring if I decide to keep it
@DesertTactical did not use the shim and as you can see from the shooting videos I have it’s zeroed and holding. I did for some strange reason have to slightly tap the top of optic to make it completely seat to bottom and then added screws. There is no light between optic and slide and it’s held zero through all testing. Thanks for watching commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
My man, I'm a little late on this but glad I found it so I want your final assessment on this Tisas 1911 DS is it worth adding to my 2011 collection???😎
Absolutely mine has been awesome. The only budget 2011 I’ve ever kept. I just done a comparison video with the MAC 9 and my wife and I picked the Tisas slightly
Tisas has a european model of this gun out now that hasnt made it to the states yet, they took the Mac 9 ds slide and put it on the Tisas ds 9 grip module, looks fantastic and has the fiber optic sights vs white dot, im sure Tisas will release it here soon, the mac 9 grip module doesnt look as good as the Tisas grip module, comes with a magwell also

No one else has complained of this. Everyone I know has watched it and said talking sounded great no issues hearing it. Might be an issue with the device you are listening to it on
Yes sir but in my opinion idk why it’s an underdog but sadly it is. That’s everyone else’s loss. Thank for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Yeah, I guess if I ever get my hands on that gun I’m just going to have to order it online, which is something I have never done. I am a local business supporter sometimes to a fault. I buy all of my guns at my local gun shops to support them And I just never have saw one on a store shelf at none of the seven or eight stores that I frequent. Heck I’ve never even saw one at a gun show and I go to a lot of those as well. Thanks for commenting and be sure to subscribe if you have not already.
Depends? Do I think this is as reliable if not more so than most prodigy offerings? Yes! Maybe the trigger is quite as good and maybe not quite as naturally accurate but it’s $700 cheaper so it depends on your budget. If you want to comp shot with your friends get a prodigy if you want a 2011 that just works and with practice can be just as accurate and solely used for defense get the Tisas. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
I don’t know why people bring that up so much as I’ve sat and watched my videos back from 4k staccatos to $500 Glocks and Sig AXG Legion and ejection is never consistent in any of them. Maybe it’s the cheap ammo I use for review or maybe it’s not that big of a deal.
@@tellitome369 I plaid 999 for it with 5 mags. No my safeties work. I own 2 comp model and non comp both 5” you can get them for 999 on GB all day. @@tellitome369 just so you know, I get failure to feed on my staccato, my platypus , prodigies, ans my bul. The only ones I don’t get failure feet on on my fusion XPs. And that’s because there’s a lot of clearance under the slide.
One and the same but 3 bro. Jesus is God in form of flesh and in that flesh knew no sin and sacrificed that sin free blood to pay for my sins. So Jesus is my savior
@avigares God is well God he can and will do whatever he wants because of course he is God. He is in 3 parts. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and yes He was all God still on the throne in the 3rd heaven and all Son in the flesh on earth and everywhere in the spirit. @avigares listen bro I’m not having a theological debate with you on a YT gun channel comment section.
