My deck was almost entirely made of reject cards the older kids didn’t want. I remember getting my grandpas to drive me to a tournament at toys r us thinking it was going to be filled with overly dramatic trash talking and was greatly disappointed to see people silently sitting at a table lol. Generally with Yu-Gi-Oh, if a card effect can be activated, then 65% of the time you're best of just blindly activating it. You'll find out what it does in a second, and if your deck is built well then it'll trigger another card effect.

Also the “entertaining” part is also very subjective because while I did enjoy the duels between the the players I felt that in the clip shown Ludwig was definitely forcing reactions without even knowing what was actually going on. TLDR: Ludwig clearly wasn’t that interested/lacked the knowledge to actually provide substantial commentary as a spectator/commentator
