A basic rule of thumb is south of tecumseh road is much better than north of tecumseh road. We're in south walkerville actually. Very close to chilver and somme. Awesome area

I lived on bruce atnd university 23 years ago in my Early mid 20s, It was a crazy neighborhood then, jannette, church and all the surrounding streets off university were Horrible, Its funny though because i lived just up the street at the Dieppe apartments on Bruce and pitt and it was an awesome place in 1999 and 2000, and just a block away from where i ended up moving a couple years later in 2001 and the Craziness of that steet and neighborhood

I grew up in the Walkerville neighborhood . I left in the early 70"s to go to school and later jobs elsewhere in Ontario and for the past 40 years in Alberta. I would find it difficult to return even for a visit because of the tyrannical Liberalism during CVD19 that alienated and divided families. I may not be welcomed.

I would search both Facebook groups and Facebook marketplace. There are specific groups for student rentals
