Sting plays his song "King Of Pain" live in concert with the San Francisco Symphony before a sold-out crowd at Davies Symphony Hall on February 15, 2024. King Of Pain appeared on The Police's fifth and final studio album, Synchronicity (1983). Sting is a Grammy Award winning British singer-songwriter from Newcastle, England who was a founding member of the band The Police.
This was one of only a handful of shows Sting is playing with symphony orchestras, including upcoming shows with the Philadelphia Orchestra on March 8-9 and the The Florida Orchestra in St. Petersburg, FL on May 9. Joining him onstage were Edwin Outwater (conductor), Rob Mathes (music director, piano, and keyboards), Wyatt Underhill (concertmaster / violin), Ben Butler (guitar), Kaveh Rastegar (bass), Nate Laguzza (drums), and the musicians of the San Francisco Symphony.

Thanks for uploading this. I don't think I've ever seen Sting sing this song sitting down! Maybe he had a bit of a bug (or a symptom of his constant touring). It took a bit for him to warm up but he always delivers. Thanks for this. Love it.
