Using the 1x4x8 boards instead of the 1x10x10 boards saved me over $10 per chair, and it allows for more air flow through the chair so you stay cool! The boards were also way easier to cut too...
Note: You will need 3 1x4x8 boards if you want to use them instead of the 1x10x10.
