Me taking 40 minutes to do this workout instead of 20 because I had to keep resting. My physical stamina has so declined in the last 5 years due to some unexpected health issues but bit by bit I'm building it back up. Trying not to think of how at one point in my life I could blow through a low-impact workout like this and do another. Trying not to judge myself and focus on being intentional with the little I can do and applying myself. Thanks Jo! We're with you on your off days the same way you're here for us!
Congratulations! I am so proud of you for pushing through and completing this workout. Despite where you used to be you are strong, it may not feel physically (but, you Are physically strong and getting stronger) you are mentally strong! You pushed through to finish the workout. I am a 69 year old woman who just recently found you. I love your workouts. I have pretty much always been in shape through running and weight lifting - but as I am aging I have found more excuses NOT to work out. I tell myself "you will never have that 35 year old body again, so why bother?". I am finding that your workouts really bring quick change and so I am so encouraged and excited again about working out because of the results I am seeing! I am sticking with you! I had chemotherapy and my legs been making some noses even my hips to do pilate they keep shaking. Does the stamina build up with time and the legs get better

This is my FIRST day back after being sick and off the wagon for 3 weeks. Made me realize just how easy it is to take wellness for granted. I've felt so down not being able to workout 😔 So the timing couldn't be more perfect for this premiere, and I'm so thankful that I feel well enough to be a part of it. Just finished this workout and it’s more intense than your knee-friendly Pilates workout because of the aspects of BALANCE!! But I made it through at 203 pounds and I can’t wait to lose the 53 pounds that I gained! 💪🏽 Love Grow with Jo!!!!!!!! ❤💜💚

I’ve been doing at home workouts since COVID and have had on and off results. I’ve been struggling with a workout that is low impact but impactful. I started doing this video 3x a week the middle of Jan. I see a big improvement in my body. I’ve lost a few pounds and my midsection is tightening up. I can feel a difference in how my pants fit. Thank you Jo for offering a workout that works! I’d love a few more standing Pilates workouts from you 🙏🏻
Thank you so much for this. I had the worst night after fighting with my family and I was crying for a good 2 hours. I was laying in my bed and felt awful about how my night turned, but I stood up and started this workout with tears in my eyes. Honestly, I thought this was going to be too slow and not make me sweat or not even feel the impact but trust me when I say do not underestimate her workouts. Mehnnnn, I finished this exercise and I was sweatingggg. My joints felt soooo releasedddd. I feel so much better after this. 💃You're truly amazing Jo and I must thank you for this. 🥰🥰🥰

When I first started doing this work out a month ago, I could barely keep my balance to do some of the movements. Now I can keep up with no problem, I've gotten stronger every day! Love your workouts!
You have that newborn mom stage tired look in the video, reminds me of me when mine was little. I pray your mental health is well and wish you all the best. Youve been a light in so many of our lives and helped so many of us. I find it inspiring you even taking the time to make these videos, but it is true that being active can help not only physical but mental health!
This is great Jo! I like doing "slow" workouts as much as faster paced workouts. The slower ones help me focus on my form and muscle engagement. That means I when I'm doing a faster paced workout, I'm less likely to injure myself. Also, with the slower pace, I feel more strength training. Thank you again for another lovely workout. You're making a difference in so many lives. You're a hero Jo!! ❤

at 53 and havent been working out for more than a year, i was very happy and encouraged to be able to complete your workout. Thank you for having those of us in our 50s and going through hormonal upheavel in mind. We need so much of encouragement and help.
For about 3 weeks I’ve been following your videos from 30, 40, +1h & it’s changed my overall mood. Until I became depressed after stopping for almost 2 weeks due to the holidays & having stitches on my head. The stitches are still in but 2 more days & the cut is small. This video was perfect to help get me in a better mood & stop feeling tired in bed all day every day.❤ you are the best

I didn’t know how much I needed this workout until I did it. I completely switched gears doing this. I typically do high impact workouts including weight lifting and higher impact cardio, but lately I’ve been growing closer with God and I’ve been reevaluating my approach to my health and fitness journey and making my body a temple. I love my high impact workouts and will continue them, but this is the balance that I needed on my resting days from the gym. I even dimmed the lighting in my room, put on something flowy and turned on some mood lighting. It was so relaxing but I felt like I was still working. Thank you so much.

I have to say this was such a great workout to get me moving again. I gave myself December to relax and take some downtime. Unfortunately, I am now suffering from lower back pain and hip pain from lack of movement. This was exactly what i needed to ease myself back in and get my muscles moving again. Thank you for this!

Hi Jo, I have a similar story to you. Just had my first baby and wanted to be all natural but ended up in a c section. The feelings I had after were so pretty much identical to yours! After a month I was able to pick myself up again and three months later I’m back at my pre pregnancy weight! While I did lose the 50 pounds I gained I have a ways to go before I meet my personal goal but I wanted to say thank you for all you do!
Jo, thank you. I am fighting chronic illness and disabilities that really took over my life this past year, so suddenly. I started these videos a few times a week and lost over 40 lbs!! Ive actually done this workout maybe a few times before but today i REALLY did not want to workout. Been dealing with some shoulder and neck pain + pmsing but this was the perfect combination of stretch and movement i needed to keep me accountable without over doing it!

This was my first time workingout , other than walking a few years ago and riding the bike at the gym last year, since having my first kid 8 years ago and three more back to back after that. I was able to complete the workout with only 3 small breaks. I also have elhers danlos so my hyper mobility makes it super easy for my to hurt myself doing exercises. I didn't have to worry about that with this standing workout. Thank you so much!! I'm so proud of myself!!!

This was my first growwithjo workout and oh my god it was so much more of a sweat than I imagined! I loved this in particular because I have bad PMS this morning and this was super low impact whilst also giving me a proper workout. Can’t wait to do more!

Just got cleared by my doctor to begin working out too (postpartum) and this was glorious. Was able to do it with the little one in a wrap on my chest.
Just did this after 20 mins of Jo’s cardio. I want more of this Pilates workout, enjoyed every bit of it and I do trust Jo’s technique that helps me all the time.

I love this workout. The slowness of the movement lets me really focus on the muscles. Also while we are in the awful heat dome it’s just the right amount of movement for me
Love this video. After a bad lot of sciatica and my weight going crazy due to a range of factors in life I’m aiming for 30 mins of walking a day for 30 days. I’m 14 days in and in the last day or two using grow with jo workouts to make it more fun than a treadmill. Currently dealing with a cold so this was a nice way to get a little workout in to go towards my challenge and mix things up a bit. Will also do my back a bunch of good. Really motivated to get my health back on track and can’t wait to keep doing more grow with Jo!
