Yezdi is basically a sports engine in a old school suite with a high rev horsepower engine needing liquid cooling. Whereas Himalayan is a low rev torque engine with just a oil cooling ... Highway touring is for yezdi while Himalayan is best for mountains and hills .
If you want speed and technology then go for Yezdi Adventure and if you want stable speed less technology plus sustainability the go for himalayan. But royal enfield ke service centre bohot hai to breakdown hone par apko dikkat nahi jaaegi. I THINK HIMALAYAN IS BEST

Rode from jammu to leh & return on this bike with my wife. Felt much better than Himalayan in terms of ride quality, nvh levels, suspension, pickup & braking. Comes up with 6th gear for highway ride & has more smoother & rev happy engine. Overall better bike than Himalayan. Only downside I felt is you need to shift frequently in stop & go traffic due to a short stroke engine.

Cc doesn't matter it's a high revving motorcycle and also provides a good torque in the updated model which is far better than Himalayan overall and jn features too
Heating Issue ? Ride it with proper gears and give a try on highways... you won't feel any heat. Rusting Issue ? Take proper care of your beast. Iron with mud and water will rust. Throttle issue? Make sure the chain is tight. Starting Issue ? Fill your beast with premium quality petrol. RPM fluctuating ? Get it fix with the technical hand and Rev properly. It all depends upon the riding habbit and maintenance.
I have ridden this bike more than 1 year ...and trust me it's a good bike ...low end torque is fabulous....proud owner.

How this bike will perform on upright hill driving? Most of the bikes do not perform well when there is an up slop of 45 degrees.
