The Aztecs sacrificed humans to please their god but my ancestors worshiped the sun and the moon. I know that some animals are nice to have around bit then again some animals need space. For example (fish and birds).
I have some budgies too.. and i must say intelligence is ruining human race... this budgie are so idiot but so damn nice and responsible .. the male and the female both work hard to raise the child, when the chicks grow a little bit the father mostly takes care of them, so that the mom can get rest after a hecting egg laying, feeding and potecting the babies...
Male budgies help too... but i think this male is young and haven't seen what budgie dads are supposed to do... males provide security and food to the mom and babies during hatching...
My grandparents had a Budgie for years, I still remember when he passed and my brother and I had a little funeral for him with my grandpa. When I hear their little chirps it always takes me back to watching Blue flit around the kitchen❤️ 🦜

Thanks. I was stressed for her. But do you think its because they are captive birds she threw it out? Cant imagine in the tree hallow no nesting material . Im australian but have no clue as to what they do while nesting. I See wild ones in the bush all the time but obviously im not about to climb gum trees to find out. Thanks for addressing this ,I was looking for it in the comments.
@@bari2883 I bred budgies for a couple years and yeah, some budgies just dont like having nesting material. Our most successful hen was given every material on the planet to make nests out of (hay, kitty litter, torn newspaper, even carpet underlay at one point, since she has a bit of a history with splayed chicks and didn't want it to happen again.) She'd always have her nest bare within 24 hours of us giving it to her. I think it might have to do with temperature, nestboxes are very closed off spaces and the wooden ones can hold a fair bit of heat, while nests in the wild could be more open and susceptible to drafts at night. There was another hen we had, we gave her sawdust and she threw it all out ontop of me as I was handling chicks from a different nest! They're all very picky about their nests for sure haha
@Naomi Calderon We had one the came out extremely splayed, he couldnt even stand, never mind walk. He hatched on the 21st April 2019 and passed away May 3rd 2020. He was a great little guy but he needed lots of attention and love and I was lucky enough to have the time to give him that. He was the only one that was splayed, she had another 3 clutches (clutch of 2, 1 and then 4) and they all came out fine, in fact one of the chicks from the clutch of 4 has been copying me typing on my keyboard as i wrote this :) You're best off checking on each chick every day once theyre 10 days old and making sure their legs are okay. We were too late for my little guy but if you catch them early it can be fixed. As for eggs winding up on the floor, it could honestly be a million and one different things, it could be another hen trying to sabotage or she could be inexperienced. Its best to keep an eye on everyone to see how they interact and how Dove herself acts. Hope this helps!
