Officer 401, I've got to start out by saying I greatly respect a majority of the men and women on the force but every day I just respect the force itself less and less every day. I was wondering if you could make a video on what you think of the dark side of the police force. Do you think a majority of the police force would agree to perform a door to door gun confiscation? Do police officers have too much power when it comes to the 4th amendment? What are your opinions on concealed and open carry laws? Victimless violations such as not wearing a seatbelt, weed, burnouts, etc. any reply would be appreciated even saying you'd rather not. Thanks

My dream is to be an officer. I am going to college to be an officer and I’m praying I start at a PD in January after they get their budget in. I am 19 and to be able to start this early is a dream. But I would like to hear it from a male officer on female officers in the force. I appreciate your videos and what you do.

In Tx is someone makes a threat to harm other people of themselves, any peace officer can sign an Emergency Detention in which the individual is taken to a hospital and seen by a behavioral health specialist and a Physician. They are held for a maximum of 48 hours and observed. In that moment in time some individuals are then transferred to mental health facilities to receive the help that they need. I dont know if that rule applies in GA but worth looking into

I do the same thing,, I only have subscriptions to the you tubers that I enjoy. Plus it helps the videos to show up on your home page so that 401 can grow his channel faster....... I def enjoy his videos. Their funny, entertaining, educational and he includes other cops who share their experiences and their opinions (even if we don’t agree with them, or if we do). Either way I like helping people to get their videos out there, because this may be their only source of income for some of these you tubers/vlogers .

Here in Australia that last male would of been section 351 under the mental health act. Meaning the police can hold persons against their will if they believe they need to be assessed by a psychiatrist, even over a he said she said situation.
here in idaho the police would've taken him in to get psych checked, but depending on what hospital you get taken to depends on if you stay there. i got taken to west valley twice and they let me go. got taken to st alphonsus and they kept me

I would like to say first that I hope the life changes you are going through are positive for you. As a former medic, I can relate to calls like the calls you mentioned. There was this one police officer I would run into and one evening and after turning the patient over to the ER staff, he and got into a discussion and he made the observation that in the summer, most crimes occur outside, and during the winter, more crimes occur inside. Thank you for posting a very informative video and I hope that you, your family and other officers have a great Christmas holiday.

I just did my first ride along yesterday at my local Pd! I am a 911 Dispatcher for the county (happens to be across the street from the Pd) and my officer I was riding with was telling me how another officer is the big reason he got the job, by taking him to meet the sergeant, the captain, and so on. Well, guess what the officer did for me?? Captain wrote down my name and phone number after I answered affirmatively to his question about my interest in getting on the road from dispatch! I’ll be applying after being at dispatch around a year, so I’ve got about half a year left!
That sounds exactly like my night sunday...
