The cable hanger I bought didn't come with all the bits you showed at 0:58, what would you call them? I presume the first two are just sawtooth washers, but what is the half flat, half domed washer? And any links for examples?
Does it ever shift out of vertical alignment? It seems inherently unstable, but I guess the bolt clamping force must be enough to hold it securely or people wouldn't use them.

It never shifted on me while I was using it
