XD.. yesterday I was like, talk to myself and tell that out there in the tutos they don't talk about the focal length of camera, because just saw that really change the final result (like you explain in your video).
And boom there you are!! I see your video!!! Google reading mind too now ?

Great video love how you show off how to do it wrong and how to do it right step by step, I'll try out the 10 percent hdri I usually leave mine at 80 percent but I might be using it as a crutch

First time I've seen your work. It's very different to mine but nonetheless it is so very incredible and it's also nice to see that Blender/Cycles can create this kind of work where usually you only see it within C4D etc... Great stuff mate.

I've been unconsciously doing all this... But now I know why.
I've always just done renders based on my gut feeling that things either look good or something seems off.
But with this explanation I can stop messing with ALL of the settings and get to the root issues of my rendering looks faster

This very process done in Blender is why they should make a similar app for mobile devices. Photographers and Cinematographers would find it VERY useful because they can simulate an environment using Lidar scans on the fly and then see different lighting setups by quickly importing it into the 3D app. Nomad Sculpt and Procreate could be used for this.
