- I'm tired of being fat and want to get back to when I was 6% bodyfat, but bigger and stronger this time. Last time I was 198 shredded, so I want to be 210 - 215 shredded this time. There is probably a healthier way to diet than what I'm doing, but I'm too impatient for it to take 6 months to a year when I can do it in 3 months.

wbowen05 but if you wanted to get leaner you'll have to be in more of a deficit overall throughout the week.
I intermittently fast,though a more traditional daily 16:8. Sounds like a solid plan, just going to have to stay busy on the low calorie days.

freakied0550 yeah I own 1 bitcoin but it's been bouncing around between 2 - 3 k but I'm optimistic it will keep growing.
I own 0.04098176 of a BTC, lol. got a few ETH and LTC though, banking on ETH being a big winner over the next 5-10 years
