Batista was on fire during his Evolution run. He was about blow up and he did. The Booker T loss made absolutely zero sense. The worst ending to a storyline in WWE history. I love Booker and deserved that win, Batista took off with the title. The face of Smackdown.
HHH buried everyone except Batista and that was only because they were best friends. Basically anyone that came from WCW got fed to him. That being said, Batista slowly turning on Evolution was one of the best long term storytelling they ever did in WWE. And that run as a heel with him having the spotlight entrance and being ruthless against Cena was next level. Those promos were funny and savage too 😂
