The Celtics didn't take care of him. As a Top Athlete he wasn't going to an injury stop him from being out there. It's up to the Organization to keep him as healthy as possible. They did whatever they went thru when he got his injury but instead of making him do whatever was supposed to be done while he was carrying them to Lebron in the ECF, they just let him play while knowing he was hurt. He was in a contract year and he had proved his worth in the NBA, but before he could get sign a big contract he gave his all to a team who didnt have him in their plans
