      They use the 'pultrusion' process using glass fiber and polyester resin. (Pretty standard GRP/fibreglass materials). It looks like they are using a combination of unidirectional glass fibres combined with chopped strand mat and biaxial cloth.
      Hope that helps in understanding how this pavillion was constructed. 10mm thick blocks at the base, then 6mm in the middle, and 3mm at the top. Not much else is incorrect in the CC.
