I would like to see if there are differences in the parts in the iPhones in the different quality choices
Would be interesting, but probably not consistent in any way, because 'condition' on backmarket seems to be purely based on external condition, which isn't always going to line up with internal problems.
I want to buy the iPhone 12 pro Max from back market but i didn't really trust it. So thank you for making this video!

I recently bought two iPhone 12 in "Good" condition from BackMarket. In one of the phones, the screen was non-genuine, and in the other one, both the battery and the screen was marked as non-genuine. Returned both the phones immediately on the next day. Had a terrible experience.
I sorry to hear that, that's awful... While my experience with them has been good, the truth is, you're not the first person I've heard this from...

I had an awful experience every time I ordered from them. They sell phones in excellent condition and the arrive dirty and with scratches over them. They have zero quality control so I just won't buy from them Again
Both the Backmarket phones I have bought arrived and worked like 100% brand new, minus the original packaging. In fact, after extremely close scrutiny, which led to to discover extremely minor surface imperfections, I came to the conclusion that Backmarket were simply selling 2nds. Of course, if your item doesn’t meet your approval, Backmarket give you 30 no quibble returns.
Ok but if you order an excellent condition phone, it's advertised as if it like new. Which it is. It's scamming if you order excellent and get a phone with scuffs and scratches everywhere. We know the phibes are refurbished but if we order a like new phone, that's what they should send. I would avoid them unless you don't care about a scratched-up phone with non genuine iPhone parts lol

I just got a Iphone 13Pro (256GB) from Backmarket in FAIR condition - and it arrived in EXCELLENT condition....can't complain.

Just brought a 12 mini from back market and it arrived with a non genuine apple screen, no waterproof seal and the 2 screws holding in the screen were missing 😅
That's pretty dismal... I hope you returned it? Also, which version (country's) backmarket are you using?
In the uk. Got a refund, ordered a second phone and the screen was cracked and didn’t turn on so I had to return that too. Both were supposed to be excellent quality. Surely the third one won’t be broken right? 🥲

I bought an iphone 13 on backmarket with a good condition, but it came like new.
Battery at 100% heatlh, screen says it has been replaced one year ago by apple.
The phone to be honest seems an apple refurbished device, which is good :D

I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro with 256GB. I was sent a 128 GB instead. Also it was “refurbished” but the battery is at 89%.
Finally I can not find a phone number for customer support and their web site just bounces me around with no help.
I would never buy from them again and I suggest that you avoid them as well.

Wow, that's a shame, the 89% is within their range, though not great, but the wrong storage is unacceptable. You can write to them though their website if you find the right page, I've also had to call them before, so I know it can be done...
