I blame Sherri's haox on why Stacey Smart, a woman who went missing in the next county over around the same, still hasn't been found. Sherri took away resources that could have been used to find an actual victim.

I think she wanted her husband out of the room, for her good, not the husband’s good….but knew it would look bizarre for an innocent kidnap victim to kick out their involved, caring spouse right when police are announcing they found the kidnapper. Almost no real victim would do that, despite her trying the “they let me see my kids, I don’t want them caught” excuse.

Yeah I watched all her police interview videos. Her husband excused himself when he saw evidence that she was lying to him. I think he might have suspected something was off cuz in an interview that happened at their home, he seemed distant and uninterested in her story when she was answering the police's questions.
It's also interesting to watch he and Sherri's reactions several years later during the final interview at the police station when they said they solved her case. Her husband was visibly excited while Sherri was still and in disbelief. He thought her "kidnapper" was gonna be brought to justice while she was scared that they found the truth. I think her husband was being mistreated by her in some way. I feel bad for him and their kids.

@@Thedarkbunnyrabbit It's not a "turn of phrase", it is an inaccurate reference. A person is either racist or they are not. When a person describes a person as the "least racist person I know", they are actually saying that the person they are describing is indeed a racist, but not as aggressively racist as other people they know. It is inaccurate in any case; simply saying that the person is not a racist at all would make far more sense. Saying it the way he said it has the opposite effect.

Internet is awesome, but more social media = less personal interaction. Disagree? That tells me all I need to know. I often find myself towering over people in Latin America no matter where I go and people who aren't technically dwarfs are walking around at 4'10". I would like to know how much taller they get when they live their whole lives in first world countries though. My family/ancestors have always been tall (~6' tall) even in southern Italy where people can be kinda short (not nearly as short as Sicilians though). In the US Italians get taller when they're born and live here though there are some people who are naturally short no matter what too.

Small correction to an excellent video: Sherri was actually branded on her back, over her shoulder blade. The police kept the location of the brand on Sherri's body secret.
This was lucky since James (the guy who helped Sherri in all this) was actually the one who branded her so he knew exactly where on he body she was branded. This helped prove to law enforcement that James was being truthful because it was not public knowledge exactly where Sherri was branded.
When I saw the photos of the brand taken by the hospital I knew something was up. It wasn't a deep burn so clearly the branding tool hadn't been held there long enough, almost like someone who cared about her pain and health performed the branding.
James also passed a lie detector test regarding Sherri's injuries (among other things) and had family members to corroborate that Sherri was there of her own volition.
Poor guy thought he was helping an old flame escape her abusive ex, not helping a narcissist stage her own kidnapping.

Many used our services to them go do groceries, personal appointments, etc. That part isn’t necessarily odd to me because sometimes that parent just needs some time to themselves to be a better parent the rest of the day. I've been trying for years to get a channel to do a story on my friend the was murdered in the most horrible way. We were only teenagers at the time and one of the people that helped murder her are already out of jail because he was a minor. He was recently arrested again, I believe it was for child abuse. I feel like the world has forgotten her terrible murder. I'm reminded of it daily because I drive past the location it happened. Her name is Jennifer Bolender (niagara falls, n.y) there are a ton of news articles. Her story needs to be told.

Like "see, I found this post form her from 10 years ago. She said she hates latino women and if she ever has a chance to fuck over latino women in life, shes going to take it". Most likely she just said it, because when makign up perps in cases like this the people always tend to try to disribe the OPPOSITE of themselves. Why so many white people say "black men" did it when they get caught, or why when blakc people mess up they blame white men(smolleteish). Its just a "dont look over here" thing. In all actuality it in allot of cases it has very little to do about race. "How could it be ME? Ridiculous. I just told you it was a brown woman with black hair and dark eyes and I am clearly a white woman with blonde hair and light eyes".
