It was over 20 years ago that I walked over pendle hill, and this walk has brought it back to me. Can’t say it was definitely this walk, but it was long and hilly, and we were ready for a good meal in one of the pubs when we reached the bottom again. I love your walks, but I am now too old and less mobile to do any myself, so really appreciate what you do.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video and hopefully it brought back happy memories. Most people walk Pendle Hill from the Barley side, which has two pubs, so guessing your walk might have been from that side. Thank you for the kind comments…
Hi Thank you again for a very detailed and interesting video, a route I will do before long. 👍
always nice to see a video from my local area..... love pendle hill, thank you for this
Thanks - glad you enjoyed. Actually caught it on a sunny, clear day for once - most of my Pendle walks this year have been wet ones!

I’ve only ever walked over Pendle from Barley. I’ll have to give this a try. Thanks for the information, great video.
Thanks - glad you found it useful. Most people do walk pendle from the Barley side, but the Downham side just gives a slightly different perspective.
