I absolutely love the hip flexor stretch discussed in this video for general low back and hip health! It’s such an amazing stretch to address stiffness and tightness in the hips/low back that we develop from all the sitting we do these days! My favorite tip here is I like to reach the arm on the same side as the kneeling leg up over head and even tilt slightly away from that side. This will really intensify the stretch and feel amazing after a couple deep controlled breaths! Great video Tom!

I had external snapping hip until i strengthened the gluteus medius.
Gluteus medius strengthening really can help get rid of that issue. Glad you discovered those exercises!

Mine Snapps during leg raises , and can't bring it all the way to my chest
Internal snapping hip (hip flexor tendon snapping) commonly occurs with leg raises. The first two exercises in this video should help.
