So much for the old EU being a "disorganized mess" that would hamper Lucasfilm's creativity. I wonder where is the story group's outrage that EU elements they despised so much are being added back in? No instead we'll just decanonize what was the original source material and slowly reintroduce stuff that was already canon before, and then we'll add our own little touch to it and then claim that this is their expanded universe when in reality it's the original expanded universe but bastardized. Lucasfilm may be making the story decisions, but you cannot tell me that Disney has no say or influence in these decisions, either that or Lucasfilm is taking the tactics of their parent company as inspiration.
If they actually just made KOTOR canon Disney would make so much money off of it. But instead they would rather cherry pick rather than make a thriving economy.

@@RayOfTruth It doesn't mean anything... Like at all. At most it means that this character is a fictional character within the universe itself... Much like they are to us. That's it.
Personally I think if kotor is made canon I think it should be done in a vague way. Like, kotor HAPPENED, but there isn't a "canon" version of events doesn't exist. Kotor is so long ago so it's reasonable that in the current era the "true" nature of events could be forgotten to time. This way each player's experience with the games could be canon
This doesn't feel like canonising, this feels like copying assets when you're being lazy. The Kotor stories are not integrated in any way, it's just a background filler
Like videos about events that took place in Kotor, have you ever seen the channel fizhy hes made over 100 videos on RDR2s side stories. I know kotor isn't the same but it sounds like a girl with alot of little side stories, I think a series about some of them would be great.

Lucasfilm may be making the story decisions, but you cannot tell me that Disney has no say or influence in these decisions, either that or Lucasfilm is taking the tactics of their parent company as inspiration.
if Czeck = Check
then why doesn't Czerka = Cherka?
If they actually just made KOTOR canon Disney would make so much money off of it. But instead they would rather cherry pick rather than make a thriving economy.
If they make a kotor movie it will be all women
I hear they can't canonize everyrhing since some aspects of KoTOR contradict Disney lore
Please, Disney, do not f*ck up KOTOR............
Probably will....
I thought everything from KOTOR is now cannon, so yes, please clarify.

hahahaha
We can never be defeated.
Meetra Surik is Canon only by name and being The jedi Exile, Revan is only Canon by Name and for being a Sith, The Hammerhead Cruiser is Canon because of the movie "Rogue One" and the "Rebels" animated series, Taris is Canon because of a Tarisian Noble in "Rogue One", Korriban is Canon because of "The Clone Wars" animated series (Morabon), Malacore is Canon because of "Rebels", Exar Kun is Canon because of artifacts shown in "Solo A Star Wars Story", The Rakata and Rakata Prime are Canon becuase of Artifacts shown in "Solo", The Sith Empire and The Sith Emperor are Canon becuase a a few Canon Comics and books and "The Clone Wars", Darth Bane is Canon becuase you see him Talking to Yoda in "The Clone Wars" and The Mandalorian Wars are Canon becuase of Artifacts shown in "Solo" and Mentioned in "Rebels". I know there's more but I can't remember them all
I hate this idea that just because something is named after something else it means that particular person is canon. A reference does not make something canon. If that were the case, Han Solo exists in Indiana Jones... As does the rest of the SW universe.
Yes and no.
This means that an alternative version of the character or events is canon, but nobody is trying to say it makes the game itself canon.
I’ll be honest in my personal head canon KOTOR 1 and KOTOR 2 is still considered canon in my head
This doesn't feel like canonising, this feels like copying assets when you're being lazy. The Kotor stories are not integrated in any way, it's just a background filler
Make the extra long video, have you ever thought about making obscure little lore videos based on Kotor
What do you mean?
Like videos about events that took place in Kotor, have you ever seen the channel fizhy hes made over 100 videos on RDR2s side stories. I know kotor isn't the same but it sounds like a girl with alot of little side stories, I think a series about some of them would be great.
Disney should just canonize Kotor 1 and 2 like FR. Easier to do that than make new back stories
And yet, they’ll butcher it just like they butcher Thrawn and other settings. Which proves once more that K-canon (Kathleen Kennedy canon) doesn’t hold a candle to what came before.
Disney bombed the EU like Malak bombed Taris
