First I was scared, if I could do the whole workout in tabata style. But I'm very happy, that I could do most of the exercises. Some were too heavy for my level so I changed two exercices a little bit. I really liked the workout because I got the feeling, that I don't have to hurry, because there are several repetition of one exercise and I feel like I could train the same specific area very good. Thank you.
Another incredible workout. I moved faster to increase my cardiovascular but at the 20min point I slowed down. Well structured workout. Thanks coach Ali💪💪💪💪💯
Disagree. I followed right along with the entire workout. Eight rounds is a long time to do the same thing. I've done several other workouts of yours, and they've been great. Now that I know you actually look at the comments, I'll make sure I comment positively on the ones I like. I could't wait for this one to be done, however, even though I felt like I was getting a good workout.
Bryan Levey yes I read the when i can. I also try to resopnd to as many as I can too. You understand that Tabata principle of training is 20secs on, 10secs off for 8 rounds right? All the Tabata stats/findings revolve around getting this right. I het that it would be less boring to do only 3 or 4 rounds but it will defeat the purpose (it won't be effective). The idea is to get the most results out of the shortest period of exercise time. Exercise is mostly boring. Which in itself makes sense, if you're focused on what your body is doing n the exercises. The mental discipline is very important too
