Man that 93 T-cat just has something very special about it, the chassi look just fits perfectly for something that's ment for absolute speed. If nothing else i think it's the fastest "looking" sled ever
Hey there, I subscribed!! Great that you got some good results with your efforts! I have ALWAYS loved that hood style. (BUMPERLESS!) I own the Arctic Cat CLOCK with that very sled behind the hands! Salmon I believe was the color of those stripes. Got the VHS promo video as well. Purchased from my local dealer as well as ALL my new sleds. My history of AC goes back to 1980. Brand new TRAIL CAT. It was cool to have one of the very first independent front ends on the trail! Then a new 1988 el'Tigre. 10 years later, a new 1998 ZL-500 (man, that thing was the quickest little 500cc. sled!) Then, in 2004, a spring special F7 EFI 'Nightfire'. Still own it, but only on the show a few seasons. Sitting at 800 miles, still like brand new, stored in my garage since 2006. Best wishes with your projects!
Thanks for watching, i feel like we are the same person haha as I am currently looking for a clean 04 f7 nightfire edition with low milage lol. Sell me the 93 tcat clock !!!!!! Lol
@@minnowlaketuning WOW, too funny... Well, the clock is at my shop currently. I remember it was $25. back in the day. The sled? HA, I wonder how much it is worth these days Totally UNaltered, outside of for safety, I added the standard 98 trail studs when brand new. The entire sled is pristine (I am a very fussy, OCD kind of guy) 😊 Even has the factory installed skags! I bought into the NF cover, jacket, helmet and even have the diecast model too. I was crazy over everything Cat. I believe that whole package was $8600 (US) in 2003. The sled as you may remember, had a few RECALLS. So, I kept bringing it back to the dealer under warranty for the gas tank, re-routed coolant hoses. The oil level sensor (I never installed that, still in the box), wasn't anything that bothered me anyway. Many sometimes I wished I was riding again, but too many other things got in the way. Home ownership, a second car, motorcycle and being retired..............well, you get the idea. Thanks for the reply.
Love these T-cats! I wish I could find one that someone doesn't want a small fortune for, LOL. Take off the 900, fill the holes. I like the stock look myself.
I built a 97 t-Cat back in 2000, Light weight as I could, Mountain sled 151 track, pipes, heads cut, aluminum bulkhead and if it did not need it to run it was gone. Lexan hood, oil injection delete, balance shaft gone. That thing ripped. Just picked up a 01 Thundercat 1000 that needs love but it runs. Keep the old iron going!
That 900 decal is legit!!! Great vid bud, ive got a 1996 thats been sitting for around 15 years or more. Almost got her all cleaned up ready to go just need uni filters for each carb.
I just subscribed and turned on notifications my man! I just found your channel recently. I was looking for V-max content. You and I have very similar tastes in snowmobiles, bikes and quads! I was floored when I saw your collection. The V-max 540, 93 Thundercat, and the Banshee!! I love them too!! Thank you for your content and your time you put into all of this. I have you a like in everything I have watched so far as well. 👍
Thanks for the nice words man, the only one I currently have left is the vmax but do have plans on getting another banshee, been slowly gathering parts for one haha.
I have a 94 I have a big plan for. When you have no fuel in the carbs splash some fuel in one or a couple cylinders and she will pull over and run enough so you don't have to pull your arms off your body
Just found me an 01 mountain cat 1000 with 1200 miles on it over by Milwaukee my transport is bringing it back to me this afternoon ... I'm pretty fired up!
It's nice to see that you got it going. Good luck getting the rest of the bugs worked out. My idea for the cylinder head plate thing would be a period correct Cat decal or else a new place to put a trail pass.
Love the 1993 thunder cat , google said top speed was 110 MPH man are they wrong , I use to run it at 120 mph on radar fresh , our wild cat 700efi ran 110 mph all day long , same with , just love this sled
Sure a quiet sled for a Tcat. Black magic silencers would be NARLY on it. 😂Oh and we wanna see this legend get a few radar passes on the ice road. Hahahahaha
I suggest getting a mic for your videos maybe….at the end of your video I couldn’t hear what you were saying, especially as you looked back at the sled as you talked….just a humble suggestion….keep your content coming! It’s a Great watch!
Nice I remember when those and the vmax 4 came out. I don't remember what size the Polaris was. But very nice 👌 I'd buy it if you ever want to sell it. I whoop my brother with his 700 srx. Lol
There's a old saying that there's a special ass for every seat so dealing with used sleds, cars and trucks your going to find something cosmetic they did that your not interested in it
So much damn power in that beast it knocked over the camera!! That’s what the Thunder do!!

Agreed, love it
Thanks for the ride-along. That thing has some balls, for sure. The 93 TCat has always been my fav.
Thanks for watching brotha

Another old unit back on the snow where it belongs , cheers buddy.
T-cats rules, the coolest sled ever!!!

Gotta love them old T Cats. Keep swinging at it, you'll get her back to it's original glory.
Love these T-cats! I wish I could find one that someone doesn't want a small fortune for, LOL. Take off the 900, fill the holes. I like the stock look myself.
I had a 93' T-Cat 700, that thing felt like I was going the speed of light, especially since I rode it whern I was 16 LOL. Great Sleds.

Just found me an 01 mountain cat 1000 with 1200 miles on it over by Milwaukee my transport is bringing it back to me this afternoon ...
I'm pretty fired up!
Oh he'll ya that's sweet, good find
Great pulls on the ol tcat. Geuss I'm part of the 12%. Yeah, go back to the cat skid, can't wait to see it on the gun. 114 mph is my geuss.
It's nice to see that you got it going. Good luck getting the rest of the bugs worked out. My idea for the cylinder head plate thing would be a period correct Cat decal or else a new place to put a trail pass.
Not a bad idea!
Great speed runs!
beautiful sled!!!
Love the t cat

Just me again. I wanted to say . I bought my 1995 ZRT 800 Snowmobile . New, back in Year 1995 .
Nice, still got er?
Love the 1993 thunder cat , google said top speed was 110 MPH man are they wrong , I use to run it at 120 mph on radar fresh , our wild cat 700efi ran 110 mph all day long , same with , just love this sled
All you need now is a Primer kit in it. 3 pumps, And it'll start first pull :) Instead of pulling 25 times cold :)
love the content!
Thanks brotha
Sure a quiet sled for a Tcat. Black magic silencers would be NARLY on it. 😂Oh and we wanna see this legend get a few radar passes on the ice road. Hahahahaha
I said to myself, one day he is going to get fast
I suggest getting a mic for your videos maybe….at the end of your video I couldn’t hear what you were saying, especially as you looked back at the sled as you talked….just a humble suggestion….keep your content coming! It’s a Great watch!
Thanks for the reply, I've actually been considering it. Maybe I'll get one, would help for sure
Good vidéo.
Another great video
🤟
People like to watch videos me included so guy push the little button and help the man out thanks .😎
Haha thanks brotha 🤘
Nice I remember when those and the vmax 4 came out. I don't remember what size the Polaris was. But very nice 👌 I'd buy it if you ever want to sell it. I whoop my brother with his 700 srx. Lol
Yep the vmax 4 in 92 had a cool colour scheme pink /silver. Polaris also had the storm 750 in 93, pink as well. Year of the pink haha
Bad ass.
Thanks man
good content bro. subbed.
Thanks brotha
I have a 2004 f5 myself and a 2001 zrt 600 triple with power valves that just broke a piston and wiped out the cyillender
Dam no fun, toss a new jug and piston in er and shell be good
Maybe it was set up for a bigger person ? Or maybe they have big boy springs in the skid .
Yep, I ended up dropping it to the softest setting but still don't really like how it sits. Early ETT skid from a 97-98 zrt
Just picked up a 94 mountain cat barn find the big barn 😺
Hell yeah
That's the only bad thing about big triples there a pain in the ass to start some times .
And heavy AF , ah well is what it is. This one seems to start very well now the few times I've fired it up since the video
So I'm selling my f1000, what do you think about me getting a '14 m8000 153
Don't know a Ton about em, in 2012 I think they had a bunch of clutching problems but that may of just been the xfs. Probably resolved by 14 anyways
They did have bad clutches but this one has a billet spider in it
There's a old saying that there's a special ass for every seat so dealing with used sleds, cars and trucks your going to find something cosmetic they did that your not interested in it
Take off and fill holes and paint
Jesus Christ, can you put an electric start on these first gen Thundercats?
Unfortunately not
let warm up forever turn fuel petcock back 15 degress bring extra gas and br9eya spark plugs
