From what i've been testing in MAME with this game: NEVER use the Autofire feature and DONT pedal too fast. I've tried this before and.. i'm guessing this game was programmed to detect if you pedal way too fast, if that happens, when you think you are going to get the 1st place.. the game says "No" to that.

I was expecting that helicopter to start shooting at you. That's what usually happens when a helicopter appears like that in arcade games.
Oddly sounds like sample loop of the beginning of the Midnight Express entrence theme music during the gameplay

this was suppose to be a lance armstrong game.... you can really use the seroid power ups to your advange and get that glow as well
The city, town, and the mountains. The courses get shorter on those steep terrains.
