Yes, please continue the un-buying series!! I need it in my life. I’m super struggling right now because there is an affordable blue nicely cut suit at Mango that I want so bad!! I used to have a blue suit from WHMB that I stupidly decluttered and I want it back in my life. But my struggle is the Mango suit is polyester, and I recently told myself I won’t buy anymore polyester pieces because the fabric makes me too overheated. But the colour! The cut! The affordable price! I know if I buy something more expensive in wool I will “save” it eternally in my closet because it’s too precious. 😫 I need help with un-buying! The struggle is REAL!!!
I wear what makes me feel and look amazing. I don't follow fashion "rules" or "trends". When I try clothes on, if I don''t like what I see in the mirror within a few minutes, I DON'T BUY IT.
This is the video that I needed today, earlier this year, I donated a lot of my clothes that I wasn’t wearing, and I was going to be more intentional with my shopping, and stop buying clothes just because they were cute, well fall rolls around and I’m back at it,because I love fall fashion, let me take this opportunity to redirect myself, because I was sure enough about to buy another coat that I don’t need
I just found you about 45 minutes ago, this is video number 2 of yours that i have watched qnd i feel so blessed 🙌 youtube has me pleased with this recommendation 😊
Hon, I feel ur pain. I'm 5'9, and I went through the same experience with jeans 😉. Then, to add "insult to injury," when I went into the tall girl stores, I couldn't find a lot of selection because I wasn't "big & tall." Child, it is a struggle out here trying to find pant long enough 😃😂
Unbuying is a good series. My unbuy are trend shoes. I'm seeing the Western look and it's cute on others, but I know I won't wear them to get my cost per wear. The old me would join the trend then donate by summer. Probably worn them twice
this is as realistic as it gets and God bless her for being a fashion critic and being so sincere and honest of giving her best advice she's so brave and she's right on sometimes the most expensive is not the best looking
I just discovered your channel. I really love how you explain things. You actually made the color analysis make sense and you’re hilarious as well. I’m also the same height as you.
I was going to buy the Christmas pajama pants, the various coordinating tops, the two vests to match and the fuzzy socks. I knew I wouldn't reach for the tops because they weren't v-necks and I already have a closet full of puffy vests I don’t wear. I only bought the pants and the fuzzy socks. I'll wear hoodies with it and won't need the vests then anyway! Proud of me!
Can I also request a series about how to stop “saving for best”?? This is a lifelong struggle for me. I buy nice things and don’t wear them because they’re “so nice” that I feel like I should “save” them for later. 😢 Logically, I can tell myself all reasons not to do yet, yet I keep doing it. I feel like the deeper underlying message is I’m not good enough for nice clothes. Any help you can give us to wear clothes we have and stop saving them would be amazing. I work from home and the office both, so I often “save” pieces to wear to the office. Then, office day arrives and I think, “oh I don’t want to dirty that nice white shirt and have to clean it later. I’ll wear this other blouse instead.” And the cycle continues for years!! I even have beautiful Cole Haan monk strap oxfords I only wore once in the last 6 years because I don’t want them to get all messed up. 😫😫😫😫 Maybe we need a live “shop your closet session” with you where you help subscribers with their toughest closet challenge. 🙌
And yessssss the struggle is REAL. I'm 5'11 and lawd....ever since I gained weight on top of it...UGHHHH! I can't find anything! Lol. My sense of style is gone lawd!
I tend to convince myself to un-buy jewelry and my bank account thanks me for that. And you are tall; you're on the short-end if you were going to be a runway model.
I tend to watch the tv shopping channels and anyone with Italian 14k or 18k gold piques my interest (stretch pays make it extra tempting).@@StylewithDanielle
@@StylewithDanielleListeeennnn, my husband and my sister have been tryna convince me to get into AE/Aerie for YEARS now! Maybe I should finally check them out lol
5’11 here. I get my cheap curvy friendly jeans from fashion nova. Asos also has some decent lengths/prices. Old navy/gap also are fine for 34” inseams. Tall options were terrible growing up but they’re some more options now!!
Out of all the people I followed and made purchased through...the only one I never got a response from was from "her". I will unbuy those jeans because of that. They're cute tho.
ohhh thanks! I just saw you can filter by long length. The particular jeans I talked about in the video don't seem to have that option though. But glad I can peruse more jean options at target :)
Not Blake being #1 😂! When I tell folks about her, I add a disclaimer that I'm not responsible for any of the purchases she influences them to make. Her Amazon recommendations....so good, but so bad!
someone just left a comment saying we can get long length jeans at Target! If you go to target.com and filter by length > long, options pop up. Not ALL of the jeans, but at least we have some...lol.
Yes! I'm tall too. I have to look up the height of these influencers before I hit add to cart😂
Right!!

Buffalo, NY here please do a video about looking cute in a foot of snow. Now that skinnys are out I feel like it's gonna be drippy pant leg season.
This was so good. I’m beginning to buy more clothes for my body type. Great video.
ayeee! and thank you for watching 😊
I feel the same way about jeans because I am also 5'9. BUT I love a sweater dress. I would definitely be interested in watching this as a series.

I really think this is helpful being more intentional and sustainable
Fellow tall girl here....the denim shopping is a struggle! Feel ya pain!
so real!
I’m not buying no more expensive designer bags. I’ll get a look a like from Amazon 😩

Ugh yes, had to pause because cheaper clothes always skimp on the inseam length
You lost me on the color palette part lol. What's wrong with the coat being warm? I don't understand.
Edit: Imma check your color series! ❤
American Eagle, and fashion nova have long enough jeans
yasss fashion nova has come through for me, too! I have yet to try AE jeans---I need to see what they're talmbout!

Target has tall, regular and petite lengths in there jeans
ohhh thanks! I just saw you can filter by long length. The particular jeans I talked about in the video don't seem to have that option though. But glad I can peruse more jean options at target :)

Hello
What do you think of all white sneakers/tennis shoes ? Are they an unbuy?

lmaoooo that damn Blake!
Yup, I’m tall and I can’t find a good length at target
